We're so glad you loved your stay at Tamarron! It sounds like you were really able to enjoy Durango and the Tamarron amenities :) We appreciate you leaving feedback and have our appliance tech working on the dishwasher. I apologize it was not able to be fixed during your stay and we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. WE also appreciate your thoughful suggestions, as they help us improve the experience for future guests. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the arrival instructions and understand how frustarating it can be when directions are not as clear as expected. WE appreciate your feedback regarding the property access information and will review our arrival materials to determine how we can provide clearer guidance and additional details for future guests. We are also sorry to hear about the inconvenience of having to locate the toilet paper, hand towel, and hand soap after you rarrival. Our intention is always for those itmes to be available in the orange VRC boxes that we provide with starter supplies inside. We appreciate your comments regarding additional amenities, as well as your suggestions for bathroom mats and towel hooks and we will share this feedback with our team for consideration. We regret that the outdoor deck area was not ready for your enjoyment upon arrival and apologize for the extra effort required to prepare your space. Your comments regarding the restaurants on the property have also been noted.
