Beautiful home with all the amenities you will need. High speed internet, access to large pool and splash pad, along with a lazy river, hot tub, gym, poolside clubhouse barbecue and more. 21 miles from Zion National Park and close to great dining, golfing and beautiful mountain biking/hiking trails. This luxury space includes flat screen TV's in every room. 2 King beds, 2 triple bunk beds and a blow up queen mattress if needed. Fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer and many more features.

Beautiful home with spacious interior. The kitchen was large and well equipped with all cooking supplies. The rooms were clean with comfortable bedding. The only downside is that you are right next to your neighbors from all angles so privacy is minimal. There is no fence separating your patio porch from your neighbor. This can be an issue if you have small children who like to explore. The ameneties center compensates for this as it is extremely large with plenty of areas to explore and lounge: pools, hot tub, sitting area with fire pit, air hockey and foosball table, tennis, basketball, and volleyball. My family felt very welcomed by the staff and had a blast!!

Great Place

This is a beautiful place. The problem we had was the bed was so comfortable we didnt want to get out to go on our hikes at zion for the day. Our stay was part of a big trip that had 4 different locations across 2 states. This place was the highlight of the places we stayed. Everything look new and nice.

Great spot to land for a winter mtb trip

Traveled with friends for a winter mtb trip. Sheets, shower, hot tub were dirty but the place was relatively new and the location was great. Owner messaged back once but then missed us on the next message. We still had a great time!

A week in Hurricane

The townhouse was very nice and was very family oriented. Being that said we were all senior citizens it would have been nice to know that all bedrooms were up 18 stairs. The backyard did have a hot tub and gas fireplace which we didn’t know we could use until we called. There was absolutely no privacy and window shades had to be drawn at all times.

AMAZING!!!

Super clean, beautiful home! My kids asked if we could move in.. haha. They loved the bunk bed room, and didn’t even complain about having to share a room. Ha. The pool is great, fire pit was lit while we were swimming one night. Beautiful ambiance. Communication very quick when we had questions. Loved it— we will be back. 💕 thank you!

Great stay!

Really clean, new, uncluttered, beautifully furnished and comfortable home! Great place for my family of 5 plus small dog to stay as a base for exploring Zion, which was about a 30 min drive away. The pool and clubhouse were about a 2 minute walk away. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing a meal, though we didn’t cook. There was a regular coffee pot with filters, not a Keurig. Of note, all of the bedrooms are upstairs, about 17 steps up if I remember correctly. Washer/dryer was available to use, we were able to park in the garage and the AC worked well. There is not an enclosed backyard for the dog, but I was able to walk the dog to a close by area with rocks for him to go potty. There is a Super Walmart really close by along with restaurants and a grocery store called “Lin’s”. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Highly recommend!

Great Place to stay!

Clean, cozy, and spacious! 3 bedrooms, kids room does sleep 6, with awesome bunk beds. Great pool area just a short walk away! Washer and dryer, which we did utilize since we were a week into our vacation. The location is great! Near Zion and St. George with several State Parks nearby. I would book here again.

Wonderful property.

This was perfect for our family while visiting Zion National Park. It’s very modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hot tub is a great addition and the pool facilities were amazing. Just what we needed after a long day of hiking. It’s only a two minute walk to the pool and lazy river. I would recommend this place to anyone. Also, having a garage to park the car out of the heat was a huge plus.

We LOVED the place! It was just me and my 9 year old grandson and the place was way bigger than what we needed as it could of slept 10. However, I wanted to stay there because of the reviews and location to what our plans were. I doubt we will ever return, because we explored the places we wanted to go: Zion, Bryce and Antelope Canyon. It was a successful trip! Highly recommend this place for your family friendly stay!

Extremely clean and comfortable property.

Exceptionally clean and felt like a brand new home. The beds were comfortable and all the furniture was nice. It easily accommodated our family of 7. The neighborhood pool area was nice and wasn’t too busy and the kids liked the private hot tub off the back patio. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to many restaurants and a grocery store.
