- Spacious and bright room consisting of a refined living room with sofas and central fireplace and a high-end dining table for 8 persons with terrace access (kids can eat on the kitchen Bar)
- Full equipped kitchen with central island
- Terrace with outdoor table for 10 persons and landscaped garden with loungers.

Night side:
- Master Bedroom: double bed with terrace access, office, walk-in wardrobe and adjoining shower room (Italian shower)
- Bedroom 2: double bed, walk-in wardrobe and adjoining shower room (Italian shower)
- Bedroom 3: double bed, walk-in wardrobe and adjoining shower room (Italian shower)
- Bedroom 4: 2 twin single beds, walk-in wardrobe and separate bathroom (bathtub)

A deposit of an amount of 4.000€ will be made via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting the bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2), bath mats, and welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, 2 toilet paper rolls/WC...) are included in the service as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide you free of charge with a baby bed type travel cot and a high chair upon request.

Your LLA Selections agency has a private concierge service dedicated to helping you organize your stay.
You will find all available services in the "Sophie's Services" section of our website. You can book your transfers, private lessons, private chef, catering, massages online directly... A link will also be sent to you as soon as your reservation has been confirmed.
