Located on the 1st floor without an elevator, this charming apartment includes:
- a sleeping area on the mezzanine with two single beds (80 x 190) convertible into a double bed (160 x 190);
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a size sofa bed (115 x 200).

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hair dryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

It should be noted that the Bellegarde car park, for a fee, is 200 m from the accommodation.

## Emplacement
