## Access
Villa Oro Blanco is a single-storey villa offering optimum accessibility for all. Located in the heart of the prestigious Vistabella golf course, you will enjoy a secure and peaceful environment. You can park your car in front of the villa, in the cul-de-sac, ensuring convenient, secure parking.

Residents of Villa Oro Blanco have access to all the amenities of the Vistabella Golf complex, including the 18-hole golf course, padel tennis courts, and boules courts. There are also bars, restaurants, a mini-market and a cash machine within walking distance of the villa.

There is a bus stop inside the complex, making it easy to get to Torrevieja and La Zenia shopping centre. In addition, private parking is available at the villa, providing convenient and secure parking.
On arrival, our city manager will meet you on site to hand over the keys and show you around the property.

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
By Car
The villa is easily accessible by car. From Alicante International Airport, take the A-7 motorway towards Torrevieja/Murcia. Follow the A-7 for approximately 30 minutes, then take exit 751 towards Torrevieja/Orihuela. Continue on the CV-945 following the signs for Vistabella Golf.

By Air
Alicante International Airport is located approximately 40 minutes by car from Villa Oro Blanco. This well-connected airport offers regular flights to many international and domestic destinations, making your arrivals and departures easy.

By Train
The nearest train station is Orihuela, offering rail connections to several major Spanish cities. From the station, take the CV-95 road towards Torrevieja, then join the CV-945 following the signs for Vistabella Golf. Villa Oro Blanco is located approximately 20 minutes' drive from Orihuela train station.
