ROSE Vacances offers you this charming house, nestled in a green setting, on Avenue de Noirmoutier in Les Sables d'Olonne.

Capacity: up to 6 people.

• Ground floor: 1 double bedroom + 1 bedroom with trundle bed (2 single beds) + 1 double bed bedroom and 1 shower room

• First floor: 1 large bright double bedroom.

• Renovated bathroom with bathtub and sink.

• Functional and open kitchen, fully equipped (oven, hob, refrigerator, Delonghi coffee maker with ground coffee, kettle, etc.).

• Living room with piano, bookcase, vintage furniture, warm vintage atmosphere and TV



Exterior:

• Large tree-lined garden, garden furniture.

• Table tennis table, basketball hoop, barbecue.

• Parking available in front of the house.

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Please:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take the bins out to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance
