The Space:
FREE PARKING: Private garage can park 2 medium to small vehicles. Additional cars can park in parking area behind the house or free street parking.
**PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely NO decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures or furniture. Failure to follow this will result in a fine!
1ST (ENTRANCE) LEVEL - No Steps:
- 1 Bedroom: King bed, TV, Walk-In Closet
- 1 Bathroom: Full bathroom ensuite to bedroom. Shower/tub combo.
2ND LEVEL:
- 1 Bedroom: 1 King Bed, TV, Clothing Rack.
- 1 Bathroom: Double vanity, walk-in shower, access from bedroom and living room
- Kitchen: Bar top dining with 5 comfortable bar stools, with additional dining table. All essential countertop appliances: Classic drip coffeemaker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, etc. See amenities checklist for details.
- Living Room: Sleeper sofa that folds out into a Queen bed. TV. See photos for living room seating layout.
3RD LEVEL:
- 1 Bedroom: Two Queen size beds, TV, & closet.
- 1 Bathroom: Full ensuite to the bedroom w/walk in shower
- Outdoor patio: Table with 6 chairs, Grill hooked up to gas line w/grill utensils.
- Laundry Closet with full size stackable washer/dryer.
4TH LEVEL:
- Rooftop deck with seating and exterior string lights for great evening ambiance.
☆☆ CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back a full refund minus a $100 credit card processing fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance!
PET RULES: DOGS ONLY - up to two under 50lbs
Leashes: Dogs must be leashed when outside
Clean up: Guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station
Furniture: Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds
Supervision: Dogs should not be left unattended. Dogs need to be crated if left alone in the house
Housebroken: Dogs must be housebroken
Crates: Dogs should be crated if left alone inside
Potty areas: Guests should use designated potty areas
Noise: Guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise

-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.
EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station!
The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire house. There is 1 locked supply closet located in the 2nd level bedroom that guests cannot access.
The Neighborhood:
This property is located in the downtown area of Nashville, 1 mile to Centennial Park, the Parthenon, and Centennial SportsPlex are within easy walking or driving distance - located in a diverse, mixed socio-economic neighborhood, as is all of Nashville. We are a BIG city, y'all!
Getting Around:
You're just a $5-7 Uber/Lyft to Lower Broadway, The Gulch, Germantown, Midtown and all the best restaurants! Surcharges will result in change of estimated pricing.
Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee
- Please observe PET RULES. If these are not followed you may incur additional fees.
Interaction with Guests:
I have a local hospitality company available to guests during their stay for any maintenance emergencies or if you experiencing issues getting into the property to ensure you're never stranded, regardless of time of day. All other communication will be with me through the booking platform.
You will have a detailed digital guest book with tips on how to work the TVs, trash, check-out instructions, and it also includes favorite spots in Nashville!
