The home is located in the West End/Sylvan Park neighborhood and within minutes of Vandy, Belmont, Hillsboro Village, and downtown attractions. Positioned right off the 440 Greenway, enjoy walking to Vanderbilt’s Stadium (1 mile) or Centennial Park (1 mile). The home is 3 miles from Downtown (~$6 Uber/Lyft ride). All of this convenience while still maintaining a quiet, neighborhood feel.

Pet-friendly (max 2) upon approval and with an additional $50 pet fee for one night and a $100 pet fee for more than one night that will be requested before your arrival.

Please note the basement of the home is a secured space with an exterior entrance. Our housekeeping crew uses this space for laundry and stored supplies.

We are nestled in the heart of the West End/Sylvan Park neighborhood. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants and just a short walk away from Centennial Park or Vanderbilt campus (walking distance from the Vandy football stadium). It is also around a 5-10 minute ride (about $6 on Uber) from downtown, the Ryman Auditorium, the Convention Center, and the Country Music Hall of Fame.

You will enjoy the quiet and safe area while you explore all that Nashville has to offer!

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house with 2 queen size beds, a futon couch, and a single roll-away bed with a memory foam mattress. A travel baby bed is provided. Recently updated with stylish and comfortable furnishings. The home offers great outdoor space with a picnic table/fire pit area and a large covered front porch with seating overlooking a large fenced yard.

There is a full kitchen including a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots & pans, as well as a dishwasher.

There is a roku TV, wifi, and off-street parking.

The house has easy FREE driveway parking and is walking distance to public bus transportation. Uber/Lyft or taxi rides from home to downtown take around 5-10 minutes. Easy access to interstates. 20 minute drive to airport.
