The Cocoonr agency offers this charming stone house for rent in Dinard, in the Saint-Enogat district, typical of 1920s seaside buildings with sea views. With a surface area of 180 m² on four levels, it has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests. Overlooking Saint-Enogat beach and facing the sea, it offers breathtaking views (Saint-Malo Bay - Dinard).
Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

The house is laid out as follows:
Level -1 - Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200), storage space
- Bathroom with bathtub and double sinks
- Separate toilet
- Laundry area with washing machine and dryer

Level 0 - Ground floor :

As soon as you enter, you arrive on the ground floor in the 40 m² living room with a kitchen open to the living/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob (4 burners), Nespresso pod coffee machine, and filter coffee machine
A sofa in front of the box window allows you to relax while admiring the view
- The living area has two sofas, a TV, and books at your disposal
- The living room/lounge offers direct access to the terrace
- Separate toilet and an open storage room with large built-in cupboards

Level 3 - The master suite:

On the top floor of the house, you will be charmed by the wonderful master suite with a sea view. It has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), and the en-suite bathroom (separated by a transparent glass wall) has a comfortable bathtub, a shower, a double sink, and a separate toilet. Storage space is available with shelves and a wardrobe between the bedroom and the bathroom entrance.
At the back of the room, there is a desk area and a sofa.

Outside
The beautiful wooden terrace, which is completely enclosed, faces north. Like the rest of the house, it offers a wonderful view of the bay of Saint-Malo/Dinard. You can enjoy the sumptuous light from sunrise to sunset.
Outdoor furniture is available: outdoor table, armchairs and chairs, parasol, two wooden deckchairs. From the terrace, there is private access to the stairs leading down to the beach, which is located 20 meters below.

Neighborhood
The house is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the Dinard market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
The Saint-Enogat neighborhood is very lively. You can enjoy entertainment for young and old alike! The mini golf course is 70 meters from the house.

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private courtyard of the house. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo, 20 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 90 km away
