Real Escapes Properties is proud to share 1923 Frederica Road with you! We now welcome your pup to come with you!
This new 2122 SF home on Frederica Road is the perfect vacation spot for your entire family! This is an absolutely amazing property. The owners have just made this house pup-friendly and now the pool can be heated for an additional charge ($400).
A private home with an inground pool, you will be only 2 miles to the closest beach access and 2 miles to the Pier and Village area. From this location, you can walk to Redfern Village and some of the other nearby shops and restaurants. Better yet, rent some bikes and tour the whole island. Enjoy the new construction with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths - with master suites on the main living level as well as the second level.
With an open living, kitchen and dining rooms, this house embraces full utilization of space. There is a sun-room off the dining area which leads to the outdoor pool and entertainment area which is fenced-in for privacy. The main master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the first level along with a half bath and laundry area.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are a queen, a set of twins and the 2nd master with a queen bed.
The outdoor area has a sectional sofa, lounge chairs, and tables with a cooking griddle, two burner eyes and a large propane grill. You'll love having your own cabana area!
The pool can now be heated for an additional fee. Please call our office to inquire!
You can sleep 10 here comfortably. Bring your large multi-generational family or two families can vacation here easily.
CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).
• Pups are now welcome! $100/pup non-refundable fee. Limit 2.
• Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the circular driveway
• 2 miles to the pier/village area and 2 miles to the best beach access points.
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
