Perfect location - Puerta Cabo Village 500 steps to the beach & resorts

Half a mile from downtown and just a few hundred feet from Medano beach, this well appointed ground floor condo borders the Club Cascadas resort, has a private patio and is just a few steps from the pool.

You'll have access to the entire 2 bedroom unit, parking, grounds, and the 2 community pools located in the Puerta Cabos Village that is just far enough away from the downtown party atmosphere but just close enough to pop over to enjoy it.

We offer a refrigerator/freezer as well as, oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and wine captain as well as an island with three barstools for entertaining and enjoying a meal. The property comes with two bedrooms, the main bedroom which includes a king bed overlooking the view of the pool and the luscious grounds. There's also an attached bathroom which includes a large jetted bathtub as well as a shower. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed. There is a second bathroom with a shower. The living room comes with a 6 seater dining area as well as a large entertainment area with a couch and a TV to watch Netflix. The living room area has a large view of the pool and grounds, you can slide the large glass doors open to access the patio that's a massive 600 square feet of lounging and relaxing and BBQing, not to mention a great place to start your morning with a nice cup of coffee.

The are several public gold courses nearby: Cabo Del Sol - 13 minutes, Quivira Golf Club - 20 minutes away, Rancho San Lucas Golf Club - 22 minutes away and more.

Regarding weather, unless the National Weather Service has issued a mandatory evacuation for our area refunds will follow our cancellation policy. We highly recommend that you purchase cancel for any reason trip insurance to best protect your nonrefundable trip expenses.

You are going to be surprised

As long time visitors to Cabo, we have always stayed in one of the luxury resorts on the beach. However, I am not a fan of crowds. I had especially tired of the rush to get a chair by pool or on the beach everyday. We decided to try a different approach. Small private condo. The condo was just as nice as the one we typically stay in. Had everything we needed for our one week stay. To my surprise, it was a mere 9 minute walk (and an easy walk) from the time we shut the door until we were sitting on the beach with our toes in the sand. The owner provides an umbrella but I always opt to support the local vendors and can rent a large beach umbrella (they dig the hole and put it up for you) for just $15. We will be back.

Nice Location and Condo

We were very pleased with the condo. It was very nice and really clean. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you would need. Location and proximty to the beach was great. The downside is the traffic noise (trucks and loud motorcylces) from the road next to the condo and the trucks that make their way to the back of the condo. Seems like every morning around 5am there is a truck emtpying the trash dumpster and the back up signal was obnoxious. Even with those small issues the condo is really nice and we would stay there again.

Upon arrival we where told there would be no water in the building for a couple of days.

So we made other arrangements for those days. The owner didn’t want to refund us for the days that we moved to another location. Offered us a $50 per day refund. Spent a morning of our 8 day vacation on the phone with VBRO trying to get this straightened out instead of out enjoying the beach and ocean. So waisted a day in total of our trip moving back and forth between rentals. Would not recommend renting from this owner, very shady business practices.
