The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this air-conditioned apartment for rent in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, 250 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool, a surface area of 39 mÂČ and capacity for up to 4 guests. Located on the 6th floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 21 mÂČ living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 21 mÂČ living room with a double sofa bed (real 140x200 mattress), TV, and a dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160Ă200)
- A bathroom with shower, washing machine, and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, ironing board, and iron.
Outside:
- Shared, unheated rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views of the mountains and coast, open from May 1 to September 30 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- An 8 mÂČ north-facing balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy sunny days and the mountain views
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops and Cap 3000 (600 m away, voted the most beautiful shopping center in the world in 2022), as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
