1 step entrance at the front door. Brand new- bedding, furniture, flooring and lighting. We also have a 1 bdrm unit at this same location. This unit allows for more guests with 2 nice big bedrooms, TV in the master, private entrance, parking for 2 cars, super fast wifi with HULU for the TV, sofa sleeper, plenty of closet space, lots of natural lighting from sliding patio door and everything you need in the kitchen.

Nice and simple - cozy place!

I'd stay here again to be honest! The bed was very comfortable in the master bedroom and had a good sized TV you could lay down and enjoy some down time. She was very good with communication, only snafu was that the code was put in wrong and I couldn't get in right away but as soon as I got a hold of her, she fixed it on her end. Not in a great spot of town, but felt overall very safe there, even though I was by myself. I'd stay again as it was simple, nice, and comfy.

This was a very nice apartment. It was perfect for my husband, daughter, her husband, and me. We were very comfortable. The kitchen, although it had everything we needed, was small; only one person could be in there at a time. The King-size bed was very comfortable, with a nice, soft mattress. However, if you prefer a firmer mattress, it might not be a great fit for you. My daughter said the queen-size bed in the second bedroom was very comfortable. We did not use the couch bed, so I can not comment on that. Though sitting on the couch was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Excellent Experience

We loved this property. Its the first time we have used VRBO and it was very easy. The apartment was very clean with ac units in every room. It also had central heating that worked great. The full kitchen was well equiped with dishes and common food items for cooking. We recommend this property for 2-3 adults. The one bathroom would make it cramped for more adults than 3. We would recommend a full length mirror be placed in the unit. Well worth the money.

Clean and Tidy in Idaho Falls

This Vrbo was easy to find, right along a main strret. Had a little issue with the touch pad lock, but Deana got the problem solved virtually. Very clean. Had everything we needed. While we were there it was very quiet. Great stay.

Clean and Exactly as Described

The entry directions were excellent, and the apartment was clean. We were a little worried at first, but the neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was stocked with enough amenities that we could cook and didn’t need to eat out for every meal. The bedding was clean, and bathroom stocked with hotel-type supplies. We’ll watch for this one again the next time we’re in town.

Excellent stay!

Before booking I sent a quick question to the host and the response was almost immediate. I appreciated the quick answer and helpful clarification to make our stay more comfortable. The apartment was easy to find and the community offered both grocery stores and fast food nearby. We mostly chose to shop at a nearby WinCo to stock the fridge for our stay and found the kitchen well stocked to prepare simple meals. The decor was simple and elegant throughout and the beds were quite comfortable. Having plenty of coat hangers to utilize the first night saved me needing to use the supplied iron. I also appreciated the unit being on the ground floor and parking was very close to the door, both making access easy. We never once heard a neighbor our entire stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Christmas Holidays with Married Daughter and her Family

The property was very clean, with everything in white. Their is nice closet space and dresser space. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking implements and tools, appropriate for the stay.The layout has a small kitchen/dining room space, which was a little awkward, as 2 of my daughters were trying to prepare a meal together. The kitchen table seats 3.The smoke detector is right by the kitchen area, so it went off a few times.While the apartment was cozy and clean, we were a little disappointed at the lack of Holiday/Christmas decor, yet understand that not everyone who goes to VRBO route wants that decor or celebrates.There is one bathroom, again well stocked, which was suitable for us during our short stay Thank you.

Clean and Convenient

We have grown children in the area and a group too big for their home. This worked fine for the two of us and would have been good for 2-4 more. It is older and so is the neighborhood, but it was very clean.The price was better than most other rentals.

Great apt for great price.

This little apartment was super clean and easy to access. It was about 5 min from the main part of town. The AC worked great, TV was easy to access, the beds were super comfy. We only stayed 2 nights and we were very comfortable.

Great price, great place!

Better price than most hotels with a ton of space. Very very clean! Property management was quick with all questions. Bedrooms have their own temperature control. Very cute inside. Has everything you need. Very quiet, didn’t hear any neighbors. Would stay again!

Not a fluke: amazingness proven!!

This is the second time I have stayed in this property and I am very happy with it! The property manager helped me edit my stay, everything was ready, and I could get my work done and relax! and it is very relaxing! I will look to stay here exclusively anytime business or pleasure brings me to Idaho Falls!
