ROSE Holidays offers this beautiful renovated apartment, located on the 3rd floor (no lift), just a 3-minute walk from the beach.



This modern and comfortable accommodation, which can accommodate up to 4 people, offers an ideal setting for relaxing holidays, in the immediate vicinity of the sea and the amenities of the Presidents' district.



Description of the Accommodation



Night side:

A room equipped with a bunk bed, perfect for families or friends.

In the living area, a double sofa bed offers additional sleeping space in a carefully decorated space.



Living Space:

A bright living room-dining area, overlooking a balcony ideal for enjoying the sea air and sharing a moment of relaxation outdoors.



Fully Equipped Independent Kitchen:

Kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.



Bathroom:

Modern shower and sink unit.

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To ensure consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:
