Slide open the glass doors and pop out onto your balcony when you first arrive for a view of just how near the beach lies. Back inside, the entire condo is thoughtfully decorated in a blue and green marine-theme, with comfy green barstools offering a full view of the open kitchen from the standalone island. Wine drinkers will love the wine fridge, and the chef in the group will love the well-equipped space, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertops for preparation. The adjacent dining table seats five, and the living room features an oversized sectional and wall-mounted flatscreen TV with streaming, perfect for unwinding after a day at the shore. The main bedroom upstairs and one of the downstairs bedrooms also feature a flatscreen. You'll also find a private washer and dryer downstairs-perfect for tossing those sandy beach towels and swimsuits in to refresh them for the next day, when you'll do it all again.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
