** The state of Hawaii assesses an occupancy tax payable to the resort at checkout ranging between $10 and $35 per night based on the occupied villa type.

** While we look forward to welcoming you, please be aware that the Hawaii Electric Company has notified us of periodic power outages that may impact our resort from time to time. These outages are part of the Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) strategy that is being implemented across the island to proactively shut off power to help prevent wildfires when certain conditions exist. The Hawaii Electric Company expects these precautions to remain in place on the Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii Islands for the foreseeable future. As noted, these outages could occur at any time and may last for up to one to three days.

** Beginning Aug. 9 through Nov. 24, 2025, The Westin Kā‘anapali Ocean Resort Villas North will undergo an interior villa soft goods renovation, an exterior renovation, and painting project. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate contractors and construction noise daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. All amenities are expected to remain open.

** Beginning Apr. 4, 2026, through Aug. 26, 2026, the resort will undergo an interior villa soft goods renovation, an exterior renovation, and painting project. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate contractors and construction noise daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. All amenities are expected to remain open.
