Diese Wohnanlage ist ein wahrhaft magischer Ort. Bougainvilleen und Gardenien umgeben den Eingang zum privaten Innenhof. Der komplett private Innenhof ist wie ein Wohnzimmer im Freien mit einem Liebessitz, einem Couchtisch und zwei Kissenstühlen. Das Interieur ist im La Quinta Resort-Stil dekoriert, um ein Gefühl der Entspannung für Ihren Urlaub zu schaffen. Die Böden sind Terrakotta-Fliesen und Teppichböden. Die Fenster sind mit Plantagenläden, Vorhängen oder zum Innenhof hin offen. Die Küche hat neue Edelstahlgeräte und einen Frühstückstisch.

Der Speisesaal ist eingerichtet, um ein einfaches Kartenspiel zu unterhalten oder zu genießen. Entspannen Sie auf der hinteren Terrasse; Es ist eine gemütliche Alternative zum Essen oder einfach zum Genießen der Wüstenluft und des grünen Grases. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Kamin, einen Deckenventilator und Fenstertüren zur Terrasse. Die Wohnzimmer Sofas sind Schlafsofas; eine Königin und eine Single. Perfect location

This property was perfectly located near old town, La Quinta, and accessible to the rest of the Coachella Valley. It was well stocked with all the supplies you need for a short stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the beautiful scent of jasmine — it instantly sets the tone for a relaxing getaway. The house is welcoming, spotless, and thoughtfully organized. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and all the appliances and kitchenware worked perfectly. The bathrooms were pristine, and the showers had great water pressure (a big win for my fiancé!). The beds and sheets were super comfortable — which, as many know, isn’t always the case when traveling!We had such a peaceful and rejuvenating stay — the area is quiet, and the pool and hot tub are just a few steps from the house. Even our dogs loved it here! Lisa was an incredible host — responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was seamless thanks to her clear instructions. We can’t say enough good things about this place and are already looking forward to coming back!

Great location, tired unit

Well located unit, with decent usable spaces and decent views from outdoor space. Bathrooms badly in need of updating. Several light fixtures had burned out bulbs or did not work on our arrival. Somewhat musty smell when we arrived. No screens on many windows and all doors, so bugs are a trade-off to airing out the unit. Outdoor courtyard landscaping is so overgrown it is not an inviting space. Dark wood ceilings on the interior make for a rather dreary inside space especially on bad weather days. Probably the cheapest option in Santa Rosa Cove, but for good reason.

Vacation with our Bichons

We loved the condo and it’s location. Lisa the owner was very accommodating due to weather and changes . A major plus was the front courtyard for our Bichons. Sharon the concierge was wonderful. Thank you for the pleasant stay

Beautiful and tranquil

This is an amazing community right up against a beautiful mountain. The neighborhood has a quiet, relaxing, and very clean vibe. The house is very well kept and exactly as expected. Host is easy to communicate with as well! Thank you for our stay!! We will be back.

Recent stay at Lisa Hansen's condo at 77361 Camino Quintana

My wife and I and another couple had a lovely stay. We found the unit very clean and well-equipped . The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and not far from the tennis venue. The only problem we had was that the shuttle drivers wanted to see a certain type of key, which we didn't have, and I had the feeling that we were sort of muscling our way onto the shuttle. Perhaps it would be possible to provide some sort of authentication that the drivers would recognize and not hassle us about. The condo itself was very attractively decorated. We used the hot tub a couple of times and it was clean and very nice. Lisa lives next door, so we were able to ask her some questions, and she was very accommodating. Would be happy to stay there again.

Relax in the desert

A few of the basics...Very clean..very comfortable...great pool and jacuzzi( both temperatures perfect) the king bed was comfortable.. a full compliment of tv channels(ie,HBO,Tennischannel,TCM, etc and you can record.) Unit is in a perfect location..great views and close enough to The La Quinta Resort but far enough that you don't get the noise from their parties. We felt it was a peaceful place . It is a modest walk into the town of La Quinta. The grounds are impeccably maintained with a lawn well suited for a game of fetch(if you bring Fido) The unit is well maintained and the owner,Lisa, is very responsive. You will not be disappointed here.

This condo is amazing! Beautifully furnished.

This condo is an excellent place to spend your vacation. It has everything you will need during your stay, and is beautifully furnished. While there, you are an extremely short walk to the nearest pool, which is located right out the back door of the condo. We used the barbecue quite a lot during our stay, and it worked wonderfully. We had so much fun enjoying la Quinta and hope to go back again!

Home away from home

Another FABULOUS stay at our most favorite property in all of La Quinta! We have never wanted for anything-this place is stocked with more amenities than we could ever need! The quiet cul-de-sac location is perfect for families with children too. Plus, the pool is a few steps from the back door.

Perfect place for a relaxing weekend!

Wonderful inviting condo in a great part of La Quinta. Pool is just steps away and the condo has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back to this beautifully decorated desert oasis!

Beautiful condo

We had such a great time at Lisa's condo. The grassy area out back was perfect for the dogs to play at and the pool and spa were a 20' walk. The place itself was very nice. Lisa was an attentive and fantastic host. We will definitely be returning!

We live and work at Lake Tahoe where we raised our three children. We purchased our dessert vacation condo at Santa Rosa Cove in 2001. La Quinta is the perfect get away for us when we need to escape the snow. Biking and golfing are our favorite recreational endeavors and we pursue them both at Tahoe and La Quinta.

We bought this condominium because of the recreational opportunities, including, golf, tennis, biking, swimming, hiking, and the gym work out facilities. The southern California desert climate is a relaxing stress free vacation destination. The Santa Rosa Mountains hug the Santa Rosa Cove, creating a dramatic backdrop while golfing, swimming, or any activity you may imagine, including simple relaxation and de-stressing. It is truly a magical place.

This gated resort includes two golf courses; The Mountain and Dunes Courses. The golf clubhouse includes a restaurant, bar and golf shop. The Santa Rosa Cove is attached to the La Quinta Resort and Spa. We love the short walk to the La Quinta Resort and Spa, which includes a world renowned spa, the famous La Quinta Tennis Club, several restaurants with outdoor live music, quaint shops, a post office, practice putting green, pools/Jacuzzis & tennis café and so much more.
