The serene master bedroom features a king bed with premium linens, a spacious closet, and a door to the adjoining patio area. Two additional rooms feature king and queen beds, a convenient workspace, and beautiful natural light streaming in from floor-to-ceiling windows.
This state-of-the-art kitchen was renovated with the finest materials and finishes and provides an ideal space to prepare an evening cocktail or a fabulous meal for guests. The home also offers bicycles and helmets provided so that you can enjoy local adventures in the area!
Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and pool man, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

The Palm Springs community is a vibrant place to enjoy all that the area has to offer. There is a great downtown area, full of restaurants and shopping, and the city of Palm Springs is investing heavily to become a top tier destination for travelers.
The Sunmor neighborhood within Palm Springs is centrally located, and is a remarkably intact collection of midcentury homes. Most of the 141 residences still maintain their Modernist rooflines, breezeways, clerestory windows and other classic architectural features of the 1950s and 60s.

Per city regulations, all guests are required to sign the Palm Springs Statement of Rules and Regulations and Good Neighbor Brochure prior to their stay. Compliance with these rules is mandatory throughout your visit. Repeated violations may lead to additional fines and immediate eviction. These rules are strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs, and by booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Pool & Spa Heating: Heating is not included in the nightly rate. If you would like the pool or spa heated during your stay, please reach out to our team after booking to arrange. Daily rates vary depending on the desired temperature. *Minimum 2 days of heat required.
Glitter and/or confetti is not allowed on the property at any time and additional cleaning fees will be charged upon check out.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.
- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to the Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Additional fees are required for pool/spa heat if applicable, please reach out to Reservations for more details.
- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.

PALM SPRINGS RULES & REGULATIONS
- Do not create excessive noise, disturbances or traffic, or engage in disorderly conduct (including parties).
- Amplified music is not allowed outside AT ANY TIME (including mobile phones on `speakerphone`). Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). IF YOUR NEIGHBORS CAN HEAR MUSIC, YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE CITY ORDINANCE. The minimum citation is $1,000.
- Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period is one way to get a citation.
- Night time hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember PS neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry.
- Only one vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time. Utilize the driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle before using street parking. And never block any driveway or street access.
- Palm Springs requires that all dogs be on a leash whenever they are outside, except in the City’s Dog Park. Also, we expect everyone to pick up after their pet, failure to do so will incur additional costs at check out.
- Please do not store trash and refuse within public view except in proper containers for collection. Please do not leave trash or recycling at the curb.
A call from the neighbors to the City will bring the Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door. City code enforcement officers may issue you a $1,000+ citation if you exceed the allowed noise levels or if another violation is observed. Please keep in mind that you may be cited and/or fined by the City, or even evicted by the owner, for creating a disturbance or for violating other provisions of the City’s Vacation Rental Ordinance. The surrounding neighbors have been given a 24-hour number to CALL should they need to file a complaint.

This is an extremely impressive house. It has recently had a very high quality refurbishment showing great attention to detail. Wonderful furniture, beds etc. My family and I really enjoyed staying here.

5-Star Stay-cation!
My partner and I stayed at this home for the weekend to get away from our home renovation -- BEST WEEKEND EVER!
This property is immaculate and the decorating is first class! Home is equipped with everything you need and the location is in the heart of Palm Springs. Property managers were top notch, everything was easily accessed, and exceeded our expectations. As a VRBO vacation rental owner, we greatly appreciated all of the attention to detail and a fabulous rental experience. Would rent here again in the future!

Comfortable Mid Century Elegance
This home was a perfect stay for my family! We appreciated the design details throughout. This house is very comfortable and perfectly laid out for a family or group of friends to enjoy. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed, the bedrooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds, the bathrooms are chic and modern. There are beautiful collected mid century items throughout. Everything from the vintage ice bucket to the macramé wall hanging brought a smile to my face. This home is warm and comfortable while also being very stylish and sophisticated. We really enjoyed the pool, and visiting in late June, appreciated how the hedges on the property shade the pool during the hottest part of the afternoon. The grass front yard was also appreciated, as it was a good place to take my dog without bringing her on to the hot pavement. The house is a quick drive to town, and the neighborhood is quiet and lovely for an early morning or evening stroll. I would recommend this home to anyone who is wanting a stylish, classic Palm Springs experience!
