Welcome to THE OASIS 2606, a spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bath Orange Beach condo formerly known as Phoenix West II. This south-facing unit offers incredible Gulf views and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Each bedroom features flat-screen TVs and private baths. The living and dining areas are open and fully furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen TV, dining table, and wet bar. Guests have access to indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, fitness room, sauna, tennis courts, BBQ area, and a game room. Onsite dining options include a sandwich and pizza shop. Parking passes are required, and up to 12 wristbands are allowed per reservation for use of property amenities.



IMPORTANT NOTES

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking passes are $55 plus tax and limited to 2 per unit. Wristbands for property amenities are free and obtained from the front desk. Prices for parking subject to change at HOA discretion.

Great view , clean rooms , bathroom with every single room is a great advantage and property amenities are also nice.The thing that can be improved though the supplies with this unit. With this size and price , you would expect the supplies to be much more than yhis . You need to carry lot of your own stuffs from kitchen to bathroom. I would recommend this one for sure !

Perfect Location

The condo was large and fit our family needs perfectly. They had a washer and dryer which was perfect for washing towels when you have teenagers. The condo is as pictured with a nice balcony. We communicated with the owners and the property management and both were very easy and accommodating.

Really family friendly condo!

Our family with young children and another family also with young children had an awesome time here! Condo is very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. The pool, water slide and lazy river were a great time after the mornings spent at the beach! Would highly recommend!!

The best girls trip

8 ladies who work in healthcare together but have never travelled together decided to hit the beach! We had the BEST TIME!! The condo was just perfect for our group and very accommodating. Communication with the property manager was superb. Beds were very comfy, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We are ready to book for next year. Highly recommend!!

We had fun

Very nice condo with a lot of room and easy beach access. The umbrella and chair rentals on the beach wasn’t a far walk. We stayed during the busy season so parking was a little challenging sometimes and elevators were slow. But overall my wife and kids had a lot of fun and the building and condo was very nice.

Spacious. Good mattresses. So many bathrooms! Loved the double shower head in Master Cooked every meal great kitchen for 2 families. Loved huge balcony and view of orange beach area never been on 23rd floor and seen that far away!

Family trip

We had the best week! The property was great and kid friendly. The restaurant and bar area served great food and drinks! The condo itself had comfortable beds, plenty of seating and towels, and a stocked kitchen. The only thing that was a little bit inconvenient were the elevators. It took us almost 1.5 hours to get checked in because there are only 6 elevators for 26 floors. But overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo and Property

We absolutely loved this property! It was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family. Check in and check out were a breeze and Sunset Property Management checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Yes there are a lot of people; yes it was a little difficult to get an elevator at times if you had a lot of people or stuff but it’s vacation time and to be expected. HIGHLY recommend and we can’t wait to go back. Orange Beach is my new favorite spot!

Oasis snowbird from Kentucky

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very pleased with The Oasis, however, the couch is extremely dirty and there’s a big hump in the mattress in guest bedroom which makes difficult sleeping. ( the bedroom on right once entering the door. Otherwise, very comfortable stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was gorgeous! The views were spectacular and the amenities available were great as well! Once we arrived we didn’t have to leave for anything, except exploring the city. The staff was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for showing our family some southern hospitality.

Condo Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: TV's --There wasn't any smart tvs to watch Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc. we had to leave the first night and go purchase a Roku for one of the tvs. Cleanliness-- when we arrived the floors were terrible so we had to mop the entire floor Other than those two things, everything was amazing!
