Aufenthalt im Herzen von Rosemary Beach | Privater Pool + 4 Fahrräder

First and foremost, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for choosing to book with us and taking time to provide your feedback about your stay. Your input helps us to continually improve for all of our guests. We're delighted to hear that you loved the location and enjoyed the private pool – it's always great to know that our guests have a wonderful time. We do, however, sincerely apologize for any shortcomings you experienced with the house's upkeep and the cleaning. Your comfort and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we take your comments to heart. In the future, we kindly ask that you reach out to us during your stay should you encounter any issues. Our dedicated housekeeping team is readily available to make any necessary improvements right away. This way, we can ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We offer several lines of communication like text, email, phone or DM to ensure minimal disruption to your stay. We genuinely hope that you had a lovely experience during your visit, and we can't wait to see you again for your next beach getaway to 30A!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you loved the home and found it clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—and that you enjoyed the bikes, too! We did want to gently clarify that the pool is private and exclusively for guests of the Cottage. It sounds like there may have been a mix-up with the other guests, and we’re so sorry if that caused any confusion. We truly hope it didn’t take away from your experience, and we're glad to hear it didn’t affect your ability to enjoy your stay. We appreciate you being great guests and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the interruption to your first evening and any discomfort this situation caused. The pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the main house. As soon as the issue was reported, our team contacted the guests staying in the Carriage House and instructed them to vacate the pool. A last-minute reservation was also made for the Carriage House during your stay, which is why additional guests arrived after you had been advised that it was vacant at that time. We understand how frustrating this must have been upon arrival and regret that the situation affected the start of your getaway. Our team was glad to assist with additional linens and other requests throughout your stay, and we hope those efforts helped make the remainder of your visit more comfortable. We appreciate your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to provide you with a smoother stay in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed rundown of your stay. It certainly sounds like you enjoyed all the best parts of 30A—great food, beach time, bikes, and family memories—so we’re sorry to hear the home itself wasn’t the right fit for you. This cottage consistently receives high praise, and guests love both the private pool and the community amenities. Still, we’ve reviewed the specifics you passed along to our property care team, and we’ll take them under consideration as we continue improving the home. Regarding kitchen supplies, we keep only non-perishables in the house. Seasonings, oils, and other food items aren’t left behind for sanitary reasons and to avoid attracting any unwanted beachside “guests.” As for the starter supplies, the home is stocked to standard with basics to get you through arrival until you can shop for your preferred supplies. It truly sounds like this property just wasn’t the best match for your group’s preferences, and that’s okay—sometimes even a great home isn’t the right home. We’d be glad to welcome you back for another stay in a place that fits your style a bit better next time you’re in Rosemary.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad to hear you had a great stay overall. We’re sorry the outside grounds were not as tidy as they should have been, and we hope that didn’t overshadow your trip too much. We appreciate you letting us know so we can share this with the appropriate team for follow-up. We’d also love to hear more about what you did enjoy during your stay and hope to welcome you back again soon!
