It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of around 2,000 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with sofas, TV and fireplace (first fire free, wood not provided)
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) with shower room (with shower), private balcony
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds (90x190)
- 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub
- Separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private heated indoor swimming pool measuring 8 m by 4 m. Open from 1 May to 30 September (opening dates not contractual)

The house is ideally located in Plouguiel, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
