The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with sofas, TV and fireplace (first fire free, wood not provided)
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) with shower room (with shower), private balcony
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds (90x190)
- 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub
- Separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Plouguiel, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
