Located in a typical neighborhood of small fishermen's houses, with no neighbors opposite, it consists of a 28 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, you can enjoy a very bright south-west facing outdoor area of approximately 40 m², including a 20 m² terrace on the same level. Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: 1 single bed and a pull-out bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed.

Outside:
- A 20 m² south/west-facing terrace equipped with an awning and furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A 40 m² private, unfenced garden, south/west-facing

The house is ideally located in Locmiquélic, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Swimming on the quiet beaches of Port-Louis, Riantec, and Plouhinec
- Fishing, including shore fishing at low tide
