## Space

Named after my grandmother Yvette, who was born here on the family farm, this cottage is a true labor of love. Everything has been restored or repurposed with care, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere that blends tradition with comfort.

Inside, you’ll find a vintage 1940s bar counter, antique furniture, and decorative touches we've carefully sourced and restored.

🛏️ The space includes:
- 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom,
- A large living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker + Senseo, kettle, raclette grill...),
- A private indoor spa, separated by a glass wall, offering peaceful views of the surrounding greenery.
- Heating and air conditioning in every room for optimal comfort all year round.

🎯 To make your stay even more enjoyable:
- A billiards table, a foosball table, and plenty of games for relaxed evenings,
- Multiple terraces and outdoor seating areas,
- Total privacy with no neighbors in sight,
- And a mini-farm nearby, with a donkey, goats, and other animals you’re welcome to meet!

🐾 Pets are welcome (up to 2), please bring a blanket for the sofa.
🧖 Massages and breakfast can be arranged as extras.


## Access

Guests have full private access to the entire cottage, spa, garden, terraces, billiards and foosball tables.
You are also free to walk around the surrounding farm grounds.

Located in a quiet, rural area of the Périgord, the cottage sits between the charming towns of Villeréal and Issigeac.
Enjoy the peaceful countryside, local farmers’ markets, and all the flavors of southwestern France.

You’ll be:

A car is essential to access the property and explore the region.
Free parking is available on-site.
