Tucked away in the quiet Palm Cove community, this home is just a short walk from two shared pools, perfect for families and friends looking to spend time together. When you're not out enjoying a long and leisurely walk along the shoreline, kick back on a spacious living room sofa to watch a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV. The attractive full kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to create meals together, and the dining table will make for an intimate dining experience. Afterward, let the dishwasher handle the cleanup and clear the table for a fun game night with the gang. A screened-in private patio, accessible from either of the two queen bedrooms, is great for outdoor activities and relaxation. The third bedroom features a twin/full bunk bed and there is room for two additional guests on the sofa’s pullout bed. When the day comes to a close, use the free WiFi to start planning your next day’s beach adventures or post today's memories to your social media accounts.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
