PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The villa is located in a peaceful setting, slightly set back from the road, ensuring calm and privacy.
Upon entering, you’ll find a living space with a TV area (standard channels and Android TV) and a dining area. A few steps down, a second dining room with large bay windows opens onto the garden.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for comfortable cooking.
In the main house, the sleeping area includes three bedrooms:
- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), and en-suite bathroom with WC
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), adjacent to a shower room
- A third bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower room, and WC
- A separate WC completes this section
In the garden, a detached guesthouse offers:
- A sleeping area with a double bed
- A shower room with macerating WC
- A small desk and mini fridge
The garden features a 4x4m pool, which can be heated from April to October (upon request, 3 days in advance). There’s also a shaded outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen, including a Ninja grill.
Parking for 2 to 3 cars is available inside the property.
