Perfect cabin for a large family! Plenty of space, very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, they even had coffee pods from a local coffee shop! The setting is perfect right on the river. There are other cabins on the property but things are spread out. Loved the fire pits and wood is provided. Very close to town but feels out in the country and quiet.

Kaleob was an amazing host and had clear/quick communication. Our dogs were comfortable and stress-free! The host provided us with some great recommendations for the area. We were centrally located to everything we wanted to do on this trip. If we were ever to visit the area again, we would defintely check for availability at the Cozy Cottage! True to their word,if you want peace and a place to unwind this is the place for you. Our cabin was clean and rustic, located near stores and shops if we needed to run and get things,Plus part; you are literally 2-3 minutes away from the Elk River, located on the property,unfortunately due to all the rain we couldn't fish cause of the fast current and high rise of the river. It's beautiful!

We chose this location to stop in for the night and prepare for a birthday celebration for my grandmother (primarily because of the very nice kitchen). The property is beautiful and the cabin was clean, and we enjoyed our stay, though we wish it could have been longer. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful property! We brought our dog, Moe, and we all had a nice time wondering the property, seeing the cows, sitting by the fire pit, cooking on the grill, and visiting with relatives. Moe even took a dip in the river.lolIt’s such a perfect spot…far away from everything but also close to everything…PERFECT!We will absolutely be back again!

Cozy cabin in the woods, had everything we could possibly need for a family weekend. Loved the screened porch and rockers, perfect for morning coffee and bird watching and we could hear the waterfall in the distance. Cabin was very clean and well stocked. Thanks for a great stay!

The cabin is lovely! Great kitchen and bathrooms and very comfortable beds. It’s very charming and the porch is the perfect spot to sit and visit. The cabin does share the property with several other cabins but it feels more than private enough. Highly recommended!!

The pictures for this place don't do it enough justice. You could tell the cabin would be beautiful inside. But it was even better than expected. I also HAVE to say that the host was exceptional. I have stayed in many VRBO places and this host communicated lots of very helpful information. I love learning the history of the place as well as places to explore and local coffee spots to support. I was very impressed. Even the family we were visiting in the area learned something new from the information. The house was clean and we loved the vaulted main room. I loved waking up early and sitting on the screen porch, rocking with coffee. If you listen closely, you can hear the small waterfall at the river next to the property. It was beautiful and we look forward to returning in the future.
