This lovely 1 bedroom condo in the heart of historic downtown is the perfect getaway for your next intimate vacation retreat.
Upon entrance to the condo, the leather sofa, alongside comfortable armchair seating is the perfect place to cozy up with your loved one. Unwind for the night watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV, while snuggled up in cozy blankets as you watch the snowfall. With plenty of natural lighting throughout the home, this rustic condo is sure to make you fall in love with the stunning view from the tall glass windows.
Guests will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances where you can whip up a delicious homemade meal. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area or the kitchen bar with stool seating, where you can share exciting stories from your fun-filled day in Park City. For a night of peaceful rest, the main bedroom features a beautiful queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, lounge seating, tall windows, and ample closet storage space. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is available for guests during your stay.
Guests will have access to the rooftop patio that boasts spectacular views of Park City, along with a bbq gas grill, perfect for hosting an afternoon cookout. A coin-operated laundry room is available for guests on the 3rd floor.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

You are in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Town Lift only a couple of blocks from the entrance of the condo, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.
Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location right in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, only a couple of blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the heating and air conditioning unit temperature is controlled within the entire complex, but guests will have access to adjust fan wind speed.
The elevator provides convenient access to the condo with your luggage.
Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.
Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Please note that there might be some noise from outside considering the condominium is situated near Main St.
