Summary:

Centrally placed on Main Street in the Grand Galleria building, you can’t beat the great location of this intimate one-bedroom condo! Unwind after a full day of exploring inside the bright and stylish condo where you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The unbeatable location of the condo puts you steps from the historic downtown area where endless entertainment options await, and just a short walk away from Park City Town Lift and its world-class ski runs!



The Space:

*The building-controlled A/C has been switched to heat for the cold seasons*



Step into this home and soak up the mix of vintage and modern charm as you walk into the front hallway. Before you settle in, make use of the large hall closet to hang your coats and outdoor items. The light-filled open-concept kitchen/living/dining space is just through the entryway hallway. In the living room, you will find a large sectional couch that can be pulled out into a comfortable full-size bed, convenient for creating additional sleeping space when needed. Complimenting the sofa are a cozy couch chair, a coffee table, a stylish rug, a mounted 50” flatscreen TV, and two side tables with lamps offering the perfect amount of lighting for a cozy ambiance.



Connected to the living room is the kitchen/dining area, where you will find a kitchen bar with two bar stools connecting the spaces. The small but efficient kitchen has all the essential cookware needed to prepare simple meals during your stay so you can easily enjoy a warm breakfast before heading out to hit the slopes or an easy dinner at home for those nights you want to stay in.



When you’re ready to settle in for the night, you will find the bedroom and bathroom just off of the front door. Enjoy a restful night of sleep in the bedroom where you will find a comfortable king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a closet with sliding glass mirror doors, and a tall dresser with a mounted 32” TV above. The bedroom has a bright window that includes thick curtains, so you can enjoy a dark sleeping space for as long into the morning as you like. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, a space that features a separate sink area that is in an open space to the bedroom and hallway and features tiled flooring and single-sink vanity. Off this space, a shower/bathtub and toilet area are situated, with an additional door for added privacy.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home. The rooftop terrace is shared.



Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.



Please note that this unit has a central location that is close to A/C noise from other buildings.



The Neighborhood:

If you are looking for a home that is truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is the one for you! Within walking distance from both the city and slopes, you couldn't be in a better location for your Park City adventures. Head out the front door and find yourself in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and along Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining, museums, and other unique entertainment options. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.



Getting Around:

With its incredible location, you are within walking distance from the heart of Park City Historic Old Town, Main Street, and Park City Town Lift which gives you direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also a two-minute walk away from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the heating and air conditioning unit temperature is controlled within the entire complex, but guests will have access to adjust fan wind speed.



The elevator provides convenient access to the condo with your luggage.



Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.



Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that there might be some noise from outside considering the condominium is situated near Main St.

Cozy Park City Main Street condo

Everything about this place is as advertised! Great location right on Main Street so you can be right in the middle of the action. Convenient to dining and drinks and comfortable to relax in. The hosts are very responsive and answered any questions we had. I’d recommend to anyone looking to stay on Main Street.

Well equipped, though we almost were out of shower gel by the end. The only drawback was the traffic noise and light from the transit center and roads in back of the building. Bring eye mask and ear plugs.

As another review stated, the property is a bit "tired". Kitchen wasn't well equipped for actual cooking and the limited storage/closet space was filled with unused curtains, large unusable buckets, etc. Should all be cleaned out to maximize space/storage. Good communication. Advertising should include that no parking is available (very expensive overage). I was told 2 days before arrival which was no help.

Small but nice

This was comfortable for 2 people-4 would have been cramped. Nothing extra, not even cream for the coffee, but plenty of towels. Responsive host when there was no hairdryer. Thank you!

Property was fine. Parking pass was outdated and due to miners day we had to drive around to find 24 hour parking, very inconvenient.

Location is amazing!

The pictures in the listing accurately reflect this lovely one bedroom Townhome in the middle of downtown Park City. The description in the summary under the heading "Space" is for a 3 bedroom Townhome which is a bit confusing as that is not this unit. There is free parking in the Parking garage blocks away from the unit. The property was very quiet and comfortable especially the King bed. One other thing to note is that the building controls the hot & cool temperature so you have no control over the temperature in the unit. We cracked the windows during the day to cool off the unit, but it would have been too loud to leave open during the night as the bus depot is directly across the street. The owner provides a wonderfully detailed guide manual that you can download as an App to make it very easy to access all of the helpful information you will need during your stay.
