The Space:
This modern studio is the perfect retreat for couples that are sure to love the well-designed interior of this space.

Upon entrance to the condo, guests will appreciate the natural light coming in from the expansive sliding glass doors. Cozy up on the plush love seat sofa with your loved ones, as you watch the snowfall through the glass windows. Unwind for the night as you watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV, while snuggled up in cozy blankets. Guests are welcome to whip up a scrumptious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your dinner in the kitchen bar, where you can share your fun-filled stories of the day, with comfortable seating for 2. Feel the fresh mountain air on the private outdoor balcony, as you gaze at the night sky.

The lovely queen-size bed is the perfect place for a night of peaceful rest so that you'll have energy for tomorrow's adventures. A full bathroom, next to the kitchen, has a single vanity with a walk-in shower. The rooftop patio offers spectacular sights of Park City's historic district, and surrounding mountain and forest views.

A coin-operated laundry room is available for guests on the 3rd floor.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, a private outdoor balcony, and shared laundry room.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. You are in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Town Lift only a couple of blocks from the entrance of the condo, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location right in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, only a couple of blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the heating and air conditioning unit temperature is controlled within the entire complex, but guests will have access to adjust fan wind speed.

The elevator provides convenient access to the condo with your luggage.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Interaction with Guests:
We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for quickest response.

House Rules:

• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
