For a couple, this place was perfect. The townhome has a great layout and the finishings and furnishings are all very high quality. We really enjoyed being able to easily walk to the ski slopes and downtown. The next time we come to Park City we will be staying here again.

Great spot, very convenient to walk down town and a quick drive to Deer Valley! The hot tub was awesome. We looked forward to coming back and relaxing after every day on the mountain.

Teresa’s apartment was even better than the photos. She was super accommodating and went out of her way to help us navigate our arrival despite road closures for a local event. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals.

It’s so conveniently located and walkable to PC base as well as Main Street. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet and time in front of the fireplace. Lots of cozy blankets and a super comfy bed. Kitchen was well outfitted-and there were actually sharp knives (which so rarely happens at rental properties) and nice cookware that made it great for cooking. Had a really nice visit, and Teresa was super responsive and helpful!

Teresa’s place is a must in Park City. It’s very close to Main Street which allowed us to walk to every reservation in Park City. Beyond that, Teresa has all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable time. The place is decorated to feel like you are at home not at a rental. Teresa is also very accommodating and helpful. We didn’t get snow in time and wanted to pivot and do a few hikes, Teresa did some digging for us to recommend great trails. (For those interested, we did Iron Mountain Loop & Bald Mountain via Silver Lake Trail). TLDR; place is perfect. Location is perfect. Host is perfect.

This property was spectacular. There were so many details in the interior design that made our vacation feel like luxury. The location was perfect, all the shopping, bars and restaurants on Main Street was just a couple minute walk away. The 2 bathrooms were a huge plus! The hosts communicated so well. Wonderful downtown townhouse

The perfect find…a beautifully appointed, cozy, comfortable spot to relax after a day of skiing, hiking or just hanging out in town. This property is a short walk to the Town lift, restaurants and stores. The owner Teresa couldn’t have been nicer and clearly put a lot of thought and care into making this a destination we will return to many times. A great find!

Great Location, Well Appointed, Very Comfortable

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Super cozy, great location, easy walking to town or the mountain base. Very well appointed. Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath Wash, paper towels, zip locks, etc...Sonos player for music, Two car garage that worked great for our big SUV. Great communication with the host.We will for sure come stay here again.

Perfect Stay In The Perfect Place

I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay in Park City. The condo was very well appointed and had everything we needed for our ski trip to Park City. The style and design was incredibly well thought out and had everything we could have possibly needed. Teresa and Russel made the trip easy from beginning to end. If you are looking for a quiet, stylish, clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay within a 7 minute walk to the town lift, you can't ask for a better spot. Can't wait to come back next ski season!

Perfect

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Perfect little apartment/townhome; very spacious for a couple and could even fit a small family with the pull out couch. The decorating makes it feel like you are in a boutique hotel. 5-8 minute walk to either Town Lift or Park City base and parking for a rental car. The fully stocked kitchen and grill allowed us to stay in and make some nice meals. Teresa was very gracious and responsive. A experience and I would recommend to anyone.

Perfect Ski Retreat

We cannot say enough great things about this property and our hosts. Everything was immaculate. Check in was simple and flawless. The property is newly renovated and pristine. The hosts thought of everything! They even prepared a detailed guide that includes directions, local tips, and instructions for every aspect of their property. Walkable to Park City Mountain ski lifts and the Main Street with adorable shops and excellent dining options. We will definitely stay here again. Best short term rental experience we’ve ever had and we travel often. Thank you Teresa and Russell for making our stay perfect.

Excellent Stay

The Park city stay was the most amazing stay!! Prior to arriving to the VRBO, the host sent us a welcome packet, which was inclusive of all the information we could possibly need, including some restaurant recommendations. Upon arrival, the host was extremely communicative and even flexible with our early travel schedule, allowing us to have an early check-in so we could explore the town. The unit had coffee, snacks, and all the necessities!! It was also clean and updated! Location of the VRBO was truly perfect. We were right in between the resort Mountain and the town with all the restaurant shops in town lift. Our trip was very easily and seamless thanks to the amazing stay!!! we will be definitely returning back to Park City!! Thank you for being amazing hosts.

Beautifully appointed and updated condo

This condo is truly a gem. It felt very high end and had all the amenities and details you'd get from a 5 star hotel. Comfy bed, good linens, pool towels, bath robes, proper mudroom, ski storage, smart thermostat, apple TV. There was an attention to detail thats hard to find nowadays from rentals. Hosts were very responsive and I had no real issues during my stay. One thing to note if its super snowy/icy the driveway will require awd/4wd to get up. But a vehicle really isn't needed as you are just 3ish blocks from two lift areas, and a 10 min walk to historic park city main street area. I stayed in the unit alone but having two separate bathrooms would be really great for small families or groups. Keeping this unit favorited for next time!

As someone with exceptionally high standards for accommodations, I prioritize cleanliness and comfort above all else.My daughter and I spent four magical nights at this mountain haven during our Park City Spring Break ski trip. The moment we stepped inside what my daughter affectionately dubbed "the cabin," we were completely enchanted. The attention to detail was remarkable - every element exuded sophistication. From the stylish décor to the plush towels, premium bedding, comfortable mattress, luxury hand soap, and inviting throw blankets, everything was impeccably chosen. It truly felt like living in an elevated version of our own home!The location couldn't have been more perfect. We utilized the convenient ski valet at Town Lift, making our daily walk effortless (manageable even for my 7-year-old when not wearing ski boots). The central location allowed us to stroll to dinner reservations and easily order takeout throughout our stay.The owners provided exceptional service with their attentiveness. We're already planning our return trip - this gem has become our definitive Park City destination!
