Comfy open home, centrally located to the best parts of the Phoenix East Valley Area (Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Arcadia, Camelback). Open, remodeled & updated mid-century home with terrific location. Situated between - though not 'in' - the fun of Tempe Campus area and Old Town Scottsdale. Close enough for easy access, while still escaping the chaos.

3 Bed / 2 Bath with workspace. The office has a dual monitor setup you can use plus Full Air Matress. Just plug into a USB port. Office also has a giant TV. TV's on patio, office, living room, master all have Google Chromecasts for streaming. No cable. Though over-air TV is strong signal. There is room in the office for an air mattress (provided).

Family friendly with comfortable back yard - featuring (unheated) pool. Covered outdoor space has a dining table, couch, several chairs and 70" tv. I mean, who doesn't need a giant patio tv?! Great place to lounge and enjoy the weather AND your favorite games and movies. Also have a BIG grill can use (at your own risk). Room off the patio has what us Midwesterners call "a beer fridge".

We do actually live here. So there will everything you need to live: Pots/Pans, Grill, Microwave, Toaster, Coolers, Coffee Pot(s), Spices, and glass wear.

Close to all of the things you want to see:
• Right behind the Zoo and Desert Botanical Garden.
• Street dead-ends about 100 ft after the house and turns into a trail head. The trail runs along canal paths that can take you past the AZ Biltmore Hotel and almost Piestewa Peak in 1 direction. Go the other way, and it goes though Old Town Scottsdale and almost all the way to Talking Stick Resort. Without riding streets
• Speaking of Casinos: 9 miles to Talking Stick Resort (big hotel/casino) and about 5 miles to Casino AZ (smaller casino)
• About 3 miles to Old Town Scottsdale, and same to North End of Mill Ave Campus area.
• 3 bars about .5 miles away at the end of the street and easy walk.
• Papago Buttes hiking trails about 1 mile. Camelback Mountain Trailhead about 4 miles.
• Close to Giants, Cubs, Diamondbacks/Rockies, and A's spring training stadiums
• It's Scottsdale, so golf is everywhere
• LA Fitness about .75 miles away.
• Home is about 3 miles north of Sun Devil Stadium and a little over 2 miles from the Tempe Town Lake Harbor

Remodeled to be open and bright. Comfortable place to gather and chill. You will love having our home as a home base.



IMPORTANT POINT: Great gather house, Not a 'party house'. Neighbor is an awesome 80 yr old couple. Their son is a Sherriff who lives across the street. Other son is city cop who lives a block away. Noise violations are expensive and on you.
