Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming, tastefully decorated, refurbished flat for rent in Dinard.
Located less than a kilometre from L'Ă©cluse beach and in the town centre, the flat has a total surface area of 47 mÂČ and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence (with lift), it comprises a lovely 24 mÂČ living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- 24 mÂČ living room with TV, double sofa bed (140x190)
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160Ă200)
- Bathroom with shower (shower cubicle with step)
- Separate WC
Outside:
- There are two private south-facing balconies:
The living room balcony is equipped with an outdoor table and 4 chairs so you can make the most of the fine weather. An awning provides shelter from the sun.
A second balcony in the bedroom has an outdoor footstool.
Both balconies overlook Boulevard Edouard VII.
The flat is ideally located in the centre of Dinard, 100 metres from Place de la République, Place du Marché and Les Halles. Dinard's famous market takes place all year round, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
You'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market nearby, all without needing to use your car.
Transport:
For a peaceful stay, you can park your car in the residence's private underground car park. The residence has its own private garage-box. N.B.: Please note that manoeuvring may be more difficult for an SUV or estate car, as the angle for manoeuvring out of the car park is quite restricted.
As far as other modes of transport are concerned, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station Saint-Malo: 16 km
- Nearest airport Rennes: 80 km
-The boat landing stage to Saint-Malo is a 10-minute walk away (cale du bec à la Vallée).
