Rarely available condo with gorgeous DIRECT GULF VIEWS. Welcome to The Seaview Condominiums in Madeira Beach. The perfect spot for a personal vacation destination on the beach! This is a spacious condo and sleeps 5. Featuring a fantastic floor plan of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus 1 Reserved PARKING space, and over 1510 sq. ft. of living space beautifully framed by the sand, sea and palm trees! Inside you will find a condo with fantastic living and dining room areas. Step onto the balcony to feel the fresh air and hear the calming waves. This condo has unobstructed views of gorgeous sunsets, blue skies and turquoise waters as far as your eyes can see. The well-designed kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully stocked with small appliances and cookware. The spacious Primary Suite is your quiet retreat and has a large walk in closet. The primary bath has dual vanities, walk in shower and plenty of storage space. The 2nd bedroom is spacious, has 2 beds and a large closet. The guest bathroom is a full bath with a tub/shower and has extra storage. The condo includes in-suite laundry area has a full-size washer and dryer and extra storage space above. The Seaview Condos outdoor amenities include heated pool, hot tub, loungers, umbrellas, tables, gazebos and bathrooms. The shopping and restaurant options nearby and practically endless. Spring Break

We had a great time at the Seaview Condominiums. Very clean and a great view of the ocean. We felt truly blessed to find such a wonderful spot on the beach. Thanks for the great memories-

Dirty and still waiting on our refund

The pictures were accurate of the property. But upon arrival it was extremely dirty. Our feet were black within five minutes of walking on the floor, and there is a strong odor of garbage by the front entrance inside. There was kids slime on several spots on the walls/ceiling. Dirty tips in the bathroom.The patio door was very very hard to open, on day three it would not open. Apparently it came off the tracks and maintenance came and put it back on which was helpful. The patio door lock is broken, I reached out to the management group prior to our arrival, because I had read a review which said the lock was broke. The management group said it was fixed it was not fixed, it was rigged. There was a small metal latch lock, which was flimsy and would fall apart. We are still waiting on $175 refund because the elevator was broke the entire week we were there. The management company, Seaview said we will only be getting a partial refund because they had to move a nightstand. I had moved in nightstand to accommodate my babies pack and play. And I guess I didn’t move it back which inquired $100 fee? I did reply telling her that is not acceptable that they will charge me $100 to move a wicker like nightstand. Overall, the building is nice. The tenants were so friendly, this unit needs some TLC in Seaview is a really unprofessional management company.

Dear Heather, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay in our condo. We try to provide the best service for our guests and accommodate them as best possible. It was unfortunate the elevator to the building was out of service for five days during your stay. We were crediting $25/day for the five and one half days ($150 credit). We deducted $75 from this credit for additional cleaning and rearranging furniture after your departure. After your departure, we found the king size bed pushed to one side of the room, the electric leather recliner moved from the bedroom into a walk-in closet, the dresser moved and both night stands were moved. There were also large piles of laundry throughout the condo and furniture was moved. Your reservation was for two adults, but I understand that more than two adults stayed at the condo. We have the condo cleaned thoroughly after each stay and I’m sorry you found it dirty. We hired a professional steam cleaner company to steam clean the tile floors. Let me know if you have questions.
