The property has been fully renovated, is very well equipped, air-conditioned (in the living rooms), and comes with parking and a heated pool.
Very modern and tastefully decorated, it will make you feel right at home—a true haven of peace for perfect relaxation, surrounded by trees and only a 3-minute walk from the beach.
You can access the property via Avenue de Cordouan as well as Chemin des Acacias. The parking entrance is located on this path.
The duplex can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms.
The garden-level apartment can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms.
THE DUPLEX
To the left of the entrance, you will find the laundry room equipped with an ironing board, iron, washing machine, dryer, and a large freezer.

On the right: the very bright living area, arranged as follows:
• A 39 m² living/dining room, opening onto a large raised terrace overlooking the pool. You can enjoy meals on the terrace using the outdoor furniture provided. The living room is equipped with a smart TV, a comfortable sofa, internet access, and board games.
• The 15 m² open-plan kitchen, fully fitted (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee makers — Nespresso and filter — kettle, toaster, etc.). A large dining table suitable for big family meals is also available.
A large wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area is arranged as follows:
Two large bedrooms, each with its own shower room and a 160 cm bed
Two additional large bedrooms, each with 3 single beds (90 cm), for a total of 6 beds
These last two bedrooms share a large shower room located on the landing, as well as a separate toilet.
THE GARDEN-LEVEL APARTMENT
This 68 m² unit can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to its two bedrooms.
The main living area is air-conditioned.
The entrance leads directly into the fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer, induction hob, kettle, toaster). A table and chairs are available for meals.
To the left, a 22 m² living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, internet access, and board games.
Further on are two bedrooms:
The first one (12 m²) with a 160 cm bed
The second one (12 m²) with 3 single beds (90 cm)
The shower room includes a double sink, hairdryer, and towel dryer.

The sliding glass doors open fully, creating the impression of being outdoors while still inside the living room.
