Enjoy central air, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a microwave, and close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Occupying the entire top floor with four bedrooms and 3,625 square feet of living space, this suite offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out for a long and relaxing stay. You'll have fantastic panoramic views of the open bay, plus a huge gourmet kitchen featuring stainless professional series appliances, granite countertops, and custom-designed cabinetry. The spacious open floor includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This retreat features a den/sunroom with a queen-size sleeper sofa that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. The primary bedroom also includes an additional queen-size sleeper sofa.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
