Nestled in the northern part of town, this single-level three-bedroom home presents a luxury retreat just minutes from popular attractions. Spend blissful days on the screened lanai, which features a pool (up to 6’-deep), a tiki bar, a grill, and alfresco dining. Added perks include an outdoor shower, a home office, a Wii, and a Playstation 3.

Be sure to take advantage of the Keurig coffee maker at the coffee bar when you wake up in the morning. After a fun beach day, come back to unwind in the serene living area, furnished with a plush sectional and a smart TV. A convenient home office has a desk and a mini fridge. The chef’s kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware to prepare delectable dishes. When it’s time to dine, the kitchen bar and the table each seat four.

This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed, patio access, a Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-size beds, a Roku TV, a Wii, and PlayStation 3. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Nearby beaches include Four Freedoms Beach (a 20-minute drive) and Yacht Club Beach (25 minutes). A plethora of popular local eateries and shops are located within a short drive. Other attractions and entertainment close to home include Pine Island, Del Prado, and Cape Harbour.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
