The Lilly Pad: Big fenced in yard, close to beaches, kayaking and more!

Check out our three bedroom and two full bath ranch house with a comfortable, relaxing feel that you are looking for when you are on vacation. Sip morning coffee in the screened in or open air patio while the kids and pets play safely in the fenced in yard.

Located within minutes to the beaches, Tanger Outlets, restaurants, and numerous activities for the little ones.

Rental includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, office area, and game room. Enjoy wireless Internet, 2 roku TV's, board games, or a leisurely .5 mile stroll to Red Mill Pond where you may kayak or simply enjoy the view.

Ring doorbell is available upon first arrival. If you need assistance getting in, please press the doorbell or message through vrbo and we can help you get in. Upon entry, the notifications will be disabled for your privacy.

Another great stay!

This is our second year coming back to this property and it was just as good as last year! Our dog loves the back yard and walking around the neighborhood. We had a good time visiting Rehoboth, Milton, and Millsboro!

Perfect place for our family

We stayed at this perfect pet friendly house that was perfect distance to the beach and the baseball complex. There was plenty to do in the downtime, the owner was very responsive and it could not have gone smoother! Totally stress free! Highly recommend for pet lovers!

Exactly as Advertised - Great Value

We had a great stay at the Lilly Pad. The house was clean and well maintained, A/C worked great (and greatly appreciated in this last heat wave), and the kids enjoyed the foosball table, board games, and puzzles when back from the beach. The kitchen was a great option to avoid spending 100 every meal.Recommend bringing beach towels and if you are a light sleeper that is sensitive to light, a sleep mask.Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic stay at The Lilly Pad! The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was large and gave us adults ample room for my husband and I to make breakfast, coffee and toast with all the needed accoutrements! Fast wifi for parents, Grandma and two kids to take a quiet moment after playing cornhole, foosball, and taking the dog for a walk through the quaint neighborhood. Great pizza at Titanic Pizzeria and the more upscale Abbot's Grill all within 3 minutes from the house. Comms with the owner was professional, accommodating and in general friendly and welcoming. Selina was great! My favorite space was the screened in porch, especially since we had phenomenal weather with a light breeze.

We very much enjoyed the comfortable and spacious home! The yard is huge and our pup really relished in full zoomy mode anytime we let her out. The beds are comfortable and my child had no trouble sleeping in an unusual place because she was so excited to be in a bunk bed! We had a lot of fun exploring the area. Some favorites: Gordon Pond bike trail, Herring point beach, and also the beach at Lewes which had much calmer water. The house is the perfect place to return to after adventuring about. Communication with the host was very easy and you can tell she cares about the home and people’s experience. Amazing stay and definitely hope to return!

We loved our stay and would definitely book again. First impression when we walked in was cleanliness. We could tell the couch had been vacuumed. The huge bean bag chair was a huge hit with my boys and our dog, especially. The backyard is large and beautiful. My son and I enjoyed sitting in the sunroom while the dog played in the yard. The sunroom has multiple glass doors you can open to get air circulating and it actually felt really nice despite the heat. My 20 year old son said the neighborhood didn't look real...that it looked AI generated, LOL! It WAS very pretty. Lots of trees, shrubs, plants, and flowers. Everything is so green and everyone's yards nicely manicured. We enjoyed our stay!

Cozy & convenient beach haven, especially for dog owners!

We had a great stay at the Lilly Pad, and even on our last day we were still discovering nice touches, like the board games & cables in the media console. We loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing the pond, the family room is large & flexible and felt like our home away from home, and we didn't have any issues or complaints. We were looking for a place we could stay with our dog, and this was actually her first time joining us on a family vacation - she did great, so the "experiment" was a success!

Absolutely Wonderful!

This property was absolutely amazing. Very clean and it had everything we needed. The yard was huge and perfect for our chocolate lab. Close to everything, shopping, beaches, fun activities, and restaurants. Even though it rained almost everyday, we still enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

Relaxing few days near DE beaches

Very nice property. Located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for an evening walk. The house is very cozy and was very clean. Huge fenced in back yard was perfect for our golden retriever and the kids to run around, throw football, etc. An easy drive to the DE beaches - Cape Henlopen is our beach of choice. Selina was great in communicating the check-in process and quick to respond to any communication from us. Would definitely recommend this property and would return again.

Perfect house in a perfect spot!

My wife and I have been visiting Delaware for years, staying in hotels in and around Lewes. This time we wanted a dog-friendly house and to stay away from the Rehoboth/Lewes traffic. The Lillypad is in an ideal location! About 10 minutes from great restaurants and a grocery store, close enough for beach and boardwalk visits while allowing us to avoid sitting in traffic jams, it’s just what we wanted. A secure, fenced, huge yard for our big dog was a selling point for us. The fact that the house was clean, comfortable, and that the owner had great communication throughout were all factors that will have us coming back.

Summer family getaway

We had a wonderful time at this home for an extended weekend trip with four adults and three young kids. The house was a single level perfect for small children. The back porch was amazing for morning coffee and evenings to avoid bug bites. The house was clean and basics provided. Enough room for everyone. Neighbors were friendly and a quiet location. Beautiful birds everywhere. About a 10 min drive to amenities and into Lewes area. We would definitely consider staying again. Owners were very prompt and accommodating.

Family Beach trip

House is as described. Nice big bunkbed that is safe for smaller children. Two queen size beds that were very comfortable. Plenty of space to have your own privacy. House is cleanly. Minimal kitchen accessories. If you are there for the week and choose to eat out it’s perfect. If you’re there for the opportunity to cook while you’re at home, you may want to ask about certain amenities you may use. Otherwise nice option for a family getaway, the yard is always a hit! About a 10 minute drive to the Lewes beaches.

5 Hops for the LillyPad

I reached out to reserve this property for the 4th of July weekend because we had a baseball tournament. The owners were quick to reply and I immediately felt comfortable booking this space. When we arrived the house was clean and perfect for our two families. The backyard was huge and spacious enough to keep teenage boys occupied on their downtime from baseball. We placed a grocery order for pickup prior to arriving so so I had to do was pick up and bring it to the house. Everything is within reasonable driving distance -Sports @ the Beach facility, Beach, grocery, and more. I’ll definitely reach out to stay here again if we have another opportunity! 4 adults, 4 teenagers, 1 toddler & 1 infant.

Beautiful Home

Our long weekend stay in Rehoboth was to visit with childhood friends who have a vacation home here. This delightful home met all of our expectations. We really only hung around a bit in the morning to make breakfast, then headed out to visit. Back home again very late at night, so we really didn't get to fully enjoy this place as much as we could have. The kitchen is fully stocked - bathrooms / towels were as expected. I enjoyed the backyard for my morning walks to try to find those Cardinals that called out to me. I finally spotted one! My brother enjoyed the quietness of the sunporch for his morning devotions. We are hoping to come back again if the homes closer to our friends location are not available. The only "sorta negative" would be the bed in the master bedroom. It's really loud when adjusting yourself during the night. Needless to say, not much "movement" took place on it. ;) Selina was an excellent hostess. Quick to respond! And what a surprise to find out she and my brother are acquaintances! Small world! Thank you so much for sharing your home!

We live in Northeast, PA. Selina is a teacher and I own a tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll Business. We love going to the beach and decided to buy our own beach house. We can't be there as often as we would like so wanted to share our find with you!

.We have been coming to the Rehoboth area for over 10 years and we love this property for it's location! There are so many things to do within minutes of our house. Feeling like going to the beach and enjoying the sand between your toes, then you have your choice of Broadkill, Lewes, Rehoboth, or Dewey Beaches. Love to shop then enjoy the tax free outlets or the quaint shops in downtown Lewes, Rehoboth, or Milton. If it's a rainy day and you have children then enjoy the Bounce house located only 5 minutes from the house. The house is also located minutes from the Georgetown-Lewes or the Breakwater Trail where you and your family can enjoy biking or hiking. We also love to golf and there are numerous golf courses for your pleasure. If you just need to relax and enjoy a beverage at the Dogfish Head Brewery or the Brimming Horn Meadery. And of course there is anything you want to eat within minutes of our location.
