A fabulous mid-century, light-filled home just a block from the ocean. Arch Cape is a peaceful beach, perfect for those who wish to escape to a laid-back place by the sea – you and your family will enjoy exploring the tide pools, caves, streams, rock arch, and waterfall that dot the shoreline.

Modern Love has a clean, airy design with exposed wood beam ceilings, quartz countertops in the kitchen, and wood floors throughout. You can't help but stop and admire the beautiful ocean view through the wall of windows in the open living area. The well-equipped kitchen (Heath table/serve ware, LeCreuset cookware) features a glass tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy dining via the open plan kitchen or al fresco on the west-facing deck after a day at the beach, warming up by the fireplace, or exploring the area.

What could be better than a dreamy night’s sleep – that’s what you’ll get in the king-sized pillow-top bed wrapped in luxurious Hotel Collection linens in the Primary Bedroom. In the afternoon, curl up with a good book or take an afternoon siesta in the leather and walnut Eames chair located in the sun-filled corner nook. An en suite bathroom with plush towels completes this Zen suite. The second bedroom features a queen-sized pillow-top bed with Hotel Collection linens as well. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is adjacent to this room.

Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please be aware that both Wi-Fi and cell phone coverage on the Oregon Coast can be limited and may experience interruptions due to our geographical location.

All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce it. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
