Amazing place

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The views of the water were spectacular. We enjoyed coffee on the upper balcony on the morning and drinks in the evening by the pool. The place was so well stocked as we wanted for nothing. It was worth every penny. The most relaxing vacation we have ever had!

This property is quite lovely. Light and airy, and the view of the ocean from the bed waking up each morning, and then the moonlight at night was so calming and peaceful. We took the Kayak out 3 times to a more secluded part of the beach across the bay for some real swimming because the water is not so shallow there, and there aren't as many visitors on the beach like there are in front of our Villa.We also took moonlit walks on the beach right in front of the Villa every night we were there. The only negative was the somewhat spiral stone staircase going up to the second floor of the villa. It was daunting to even think of dragging our suitcases up the stairs, not to mention you really had to hold onto the railing for your safety.I will say the the staff was sooo attentive to our every need, and one of the other reviewers mentioned Las Brisas restaurant. It's close, and the food was wonderful! We ate there 3 times.

Best beach

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had the best time. I personally think this is the best beach in Turks and Caicos. We went SUP and snorkeling every day on the beach. It was absolutely beautiful. It was so convenient being able to walk out the back door of the house and be directly on the beach. It’s very private, I think more private than advertised. The house was more than what we expected. It’s about a 20 minute drive to grace bay where most of the tourists attractions are at. We liked Taylor bay much better than grace bay and the drive was not too far to go do activities at grace bay. We drove to grace Bay Area for the fish fry on Thursday, golf and went on lady grace for catamaran tour, shopping and a nice dinner out. Las Brisas around the corner from the house is amazing. We went 3 times during our stay.

Peace

The property is beautiful with the beach right there. Peaceful even when people come to stay at the beach for some hours. What I would recommend is dusting the shades, pool to be cleaned with recommended pool chemicals, a smart tv is needed downstairs, cutting of overgrown shrubs ( palm tree) and more path lights from parking to front door. Overall if you needed something they fixed it. Tamika ,Julian we’re great when we lost power or needed something to be fixed. Iris cleaning lady was lovely. Anthony the owner was wonderful to my understanding and accommodating towards the loss of my mom. Until our next visit.
