The villa’s layout features a ground floor bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200), a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, a study, and a separate toilet. Downstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, two with double beds (140x200) and one with twin single beds (80x200), along with a second bathroom and another separate toilet.

Step outside and you’ll discover an expansive 3,000 m² private garden, offering plenty of space for both relaxation and recreation. Enjoy refreshing dips in the fully fenced swimming pool (10 x 5 m), challenge your friends to a game of pétanque, or unwind in the hammock beneath a majestic oak tree. Children will love the swing and play area, while the large outdoor terrace, equipped with a barbecue and deckchairs, is perfect for al fresco meals and magical evenings under the stars.

Inside, the villa features a cozy living room with a TV, DVD and CD players, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances including a coffee machine, blender, oven, and dishwasher.
