In a residential area of ??Capbreton, a seaside town, you'll stay in a house with undeniable appeal: modern, well-maintained, attractive, and comfortable. The living room, dining room, and kitchen flow seamlessly together. The living area is fully equipped with a television, washing machine, dishwasher, beautiful dining table, oven, and microwave. The sleeping area comprises two lovely bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The garden offers two distinct spaces: one for al fresco dining around a large table, and the other for sunbathing in the summer sunshine.

The house is equipped with internet access and air conditioning. Parking is available in front of the house for two cars.

END-OF-STAY CLEANING
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking. However, this is a standard cleaning. If the property is left in a condition requiring more thorough cleaning, a €60 cleaning fee will be charged. Please consult the welcome booklet upon arrival.

ARRIVAL
You will be greeted in person on your arrival day whenever possible.

If our arrival times are not compatible, a key box is available; information will be sent on the morning of your arrival.

Bed linens and towels are provided according to the number of guests.
