• 🕙 Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM. During this time, please keep voices and activities at a minimum.
✨ Respecting Our Home
• Sorry, no pets. We keep this home allergen-free for all guests.
• No smoking indoors. A $300 fee will apply if smoking occurs inside.
• This is a family-friendly home. No parties or events are allowed. Please treat the home with the same care as your own.
✨ Check-In & Security
• A renter agreement will be emailed after booking and must be signed.
• A $395 security deposit is required, it’s just a holding deposit and will not charge on the card.
• For your safety, there is an outdoor security camera at the entrance.
✨ Parking & Wildlife Safety
• Parking for up to 3 cars only (1 in garage, 2 on driveway). No street parking.
• Always lock your car doors and never leave food inside – wildlife may try to get in!

This was a multi generational family trip and the house was perfect. We had plenty of room to cook together and have meals together. The game room was so much fun for the teens.The hot tub was so relaxing after a day of snow boarding as you looked out onto the snow capped trees. The view from the main dining/ living room was so beautiful. The host responded quickly to every message. We can't wait to come back here.

we stayed for a week of family vacation , Everyone loved the property! A great sectional couch and open floor plan gave us a great space to enjoy our family time! Modern Cabin, Great Location

Spent a 4 day weekend with family and friends and the cabin was perfect for our group, including small children. The game room and hot tub were awesome amenities and the location was convenient and easy to find. South Lake Tahoe Retreat

Great Experience

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the lake and a grocery store were in driving distance. We enjoyed playing the various different games they had such as pool, Foosball, and more. You were able to park three cars in this location which was convenient. There are three bathrooms which is always amazing. We had a great trip and we would definitely book this home again, it was amazing.

Wonderful house!

This was an absolutely wonderful stay for us. The house has been beautifully remodeled on the inside, with lots of amazing amenities. It was very clean, comfortable, and safe feeling. We had 2 families staying here together, each with children and it was quite comfortable for all of us. The house had wonderful games for all ages, including the adults, with plenty of space to enjoy. Everything worked great, including the BBQ on the deck and nothing was broken or outdated. Added, the property managers were very helpful and engaged. We would absolutely recommend this home and will definitely rent again!

Fun snow adventures!

We came to play in the snow with another family and had a great time! The game room is awesome, the kids entertained themselves downstairs allowing grown ups some time together upstairs in the big kitchen/living room area. The location was close to ski resorts and grocery stores, the area around the house itself was good for snowball fights, snow person building, etc. Not good for sledding, the slope is very steep, so we drove five minutes to a great tubing hill. Gorgeous forest views!

The only good thing in this house is the kids game room. They book other people the same day. Not enough time for cleaning and you must leave by 10am.

Our 10 AM checkout time is clearly stated in the listing description and is one of our house rules. During the busy season, we often have back-to-back bookings, which makes it necessary to allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the house for the next guests. Unfortunately, this means we can't always accommodate late checkouts., to ensure that guests have ample time to enjoy their stay. Our stay was wonderful. House was clean and provided everything we need. Kitchen was fully stocked and coffee bar was a hit for us who love coffee. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for our group. Winter Getaway

Our recent stay at this property was excellent. There were two families in our group, including two 7 yr old boys and one 3 yr old, and everyone had a blast. When we weren't playing in the snow, the provided games were a blast and the newly renovated space was lovely. Great appliances and well stocked kitchen as well. Calliday Vacation Rentals was founded by San—a traveler at heart, real estate enthusiast, and lover of beautiful design. Based on the West Coast with her spouse and two daughters, San has always cherished the magic of discovering new places and creating meaningful family memories along the way.

What began as a passion for travel and interiors quickly evolved into something bigger. After purchasing a second home in South Lake Tahoe, San transformed it into a vacation retreat—so others could experience the same joy her family does. With its snow-capped mountains, skiing, lake views, and casinos, Lake Tahoe quickly became her family’s favorite getaway. Hearing guests say they made “wonderful memories” at her home lit a spark in her heart—and Calliday Vacation Rentals was born.

San has thoughtfully grown her collection of homes, hand-picking each property and designing them with both style and comfort in mind. She soon added two cozy vacation homes in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, tucked in the stunning Smoky Mountains. With endless outdoor adventures, charming vibes, and plenty of kid-friendly fun, Gatlinburg quickly stole her heart. And so did the people—she’s come to deeply appreciate the warmth and kindness of true Southern hospitality.

San expanded Calliday with a beautiful cabin in Wears Valley—a peaceful mountain escape just minutes from Smoky Mountains and it offers sweeping views, a slower pace, and the perfect balance between nature and comfort. It's the ideal destination for families, couples, and anyone looking to unplug and recharge.

San doesn’t just manage homes—she curates experiences. She personally selects and decorates every property, ensuring each one is clean, stylish, thoughtfully equipped, and ready to welcome you like home. It's no surprise that many of our guests return year after year.
