Summer 2025 - 3 night minimum

3 bedroom condo located directly in the heart of Saratoga, on the corner of Broadway and Spring Street. Enjoy the view from the entire 2nd floor overlooking Broadway and Congress Park! Restaurants, Bars, Shopping are steps away.

Our condo offers 10 ft ceilings and beautiful "old Saratoga" moldings and trim. The building was originally the Congress Theatre built back in the 1920's. See the pictures of the original look of the building in our photos. In 2015 the building was purchased, gutted, and converted to 16 condo units and 4 retail units. Our unit is 1 of 2 located directly on Broadway. Our condo has a large living room and dining area. It is an open floor plan with the kitchen. Our 3 bedrooms consist of a King bed in the master with full bathroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a bunkbed in the third bedroom, consisting of a double on the bottom and twin on the top.

Cable TV in living room, Google Speaker in living room, Roku in Master, Nest Thermostat, Yale Digital Front Door lock.

Please note that condo is on the second floor and requires going up a flight of stairs.

Beautiful apartment, great great great location! Easy access to downtown restaurants/bars and walking distance to the track. Clean and fully equipped.Just be aware of small logistics challenge - apartment is up stairs two stories and street parking is limited. Will need to unload and park on street for long term a few blocks away. It was well well worth it for us as we were not using car all weekend - don’t need to. Just going to the track and walking around town, and if you want to go to the lake or Spa the Ubers are plentiful.

The apartment was as lovely and spacious as presented. Unfortunately the A/C broke, they brought us a fan, could have used a 2nd fan when our friends arrived. They sent over a technician but the repair was extensive and couldn't happen while we were there. That made for a tough sleeping situation as we had to leave the windows open and it is located in the center of town- a lot of noise during the night The parking was a disappointment. The description said parking, well there was a lot but we had to pay for 24 hour parking. Apparently it was a relatively new situation, (per local bartender) but i expected the host to have information when we arrived. Also , I think others should know it's a pretty steep long staircase up to the apartment. We were fine, and I would have rented it anyway, but if you had any mobility issue it was not a place for you. A picture of the stairs would have completed the location description.

Amazing home in the perfect location

We had six adults stay here for a wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room to relax and socialize. The beds were very comfortable and the entire unit was well furnished. You can't beat the location in the heart of Saratoga. The host was a great communicator. We hope to come back here again.

Excellent location and very clean - close to everything!

So happy with the location - could walk to family’s home, right overlooking Broadway close to shopping , restaurants, etc Owners are responsive. Place is open and clean. Really no complaints. Will come back again

Perfect weekend in Saratoga

We love Saratoga and admittedly it had been a few years since we’ve been able to visit. We were traveling with our 3 kids (13, 11, 8) and in laws. I was worried that the property would be too small for us but was willing to chance it because the location was ideal. It was plenty of space though. We never felt crammed. The unit was spotless. No detail overlooked. Comfortable beds, more than enough towels, tons of extra blankets, and little details like games and candles and ceiling fans and laundry detergent made us feel right at home. Blinds that actually block out the light too! Located at the corner of Spring and Broadway you literally can’t ask for a better location. I loved being able to look out the window and see Broadway. My son was able to spend lots of time in the park throwing his football because it was so close. This property is absolutely perfect! We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect location, will be back

Great location, perfect to walk anywhere around town. The place was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed…. Only downside was one key fob so we did a lot of planning on who had the key and meeting up to swap the key fob

Handsome and charming

A perfect location for us . The two husbands attended the wood turning convention at the Hilton. With our unexpected 12” snow it was an easy walk for them . Amazing selection of restaurants to walk to and shopping . Snow caused lots of closures but we enjoyed a tuck in weekend .

Beautiful 3BR in the heart of downtown Saratoga

Gorgeous condo. Vintage woodwork. Nicely furnished with well-stocked kitchen. Cute toiletries. Chocolates and waters in each room were a nice touch. Walkable to so many of Saratoga's attractions.

Great but

The condo was spacious, elegant and well supplied with nice dishes, wine glasses, pots, pans, corkscrews, silverware, etc. There was 12 cup coffee maker and a Kerig. It has a commercial quality gas stove. The TV area was comfy, as was the dining room, and the AC worked very well. The unit is on the second floor and it is 29 stairs up to the apartment. Keep this in mind when you are packing! The outside door sticks, so give it a good hard push when you are coming in for the first time. Parking was a little tricky and at one point had to utilize a handicapped placard in order to get a space. At other times there were plenty of spaces. The Brodie family did not respond to any messages including a request for check-in instructions, and we had to contact Vbro. In spite of this inconvenience we enjoyed our stay.

Close to all things Saratoga

Girls weekend was a success at this super cute location! It was a bit noisy outside at times, which is to be expected since you’re right in the midst of downtown, but the location makes walking to all the great Saratoga spots really convenient. Only wish was that there were enough coffee mugs and toilet paper for the 7 people we had staying there for the weekend. Otherwise everything was great, would definitely stay again!

This is a great, well-done apartment with all the amenities of home right in the middle of downtown Saratoga Springs, at the corner of Spring and Broadway. Walk to everywhere and everything. We loved our stay!

The property and owner could not have been better!!! This was our base for Golfing for 4 days and then awesome dining in Saratoga!!! Walk to every restaurant and shop!!! The location could not have been better!!

Great location and beautiful condo with every amenity we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults to relax and enjoy each other’s company with easy access to shopping and dining.
