The place was functional and served our needs. Note that it is only the second floor of the house you see in the photos. There is a steep set of stairs to get to the second floor, so it is not good for anyone with mobility challenges or who cannot carry suitcases up a long flight of stairs. The first floor is occupied. It was clean. Plenty of space. The AC worked great! Our biggest area of concern was that we didn't receive instructions for getting the key until 3 or 4 hours before check-in time, by which we were already on an airplane to Houston. During all other VRBO stays we've received instructions the day before our trip. If you are staying with more than 1 person, you should ask BEFORE your trip for a set of plates and silverware to be added to the kitchen. We did not cook there, but we ate meals there and ran out of enough plates and forks for 4 people before having a second meal of the day. Note that the master bedroom has a double bed, 2nd bedroom double bed, and 3rd bedroom a twin bed. The host was very friendly in person and responded quickly when we had any issues.
