Welcome to the Land of Waterfalls ! Transylvania County has over 200 waterfalls for you and your furry friend to hike to. This Pet Friendly Mountain Retreat is on a quiet street in the spectacular Connestee Falls community. This area is like staying in a State Park! Wildlife with 24/7 security and gated entrances, birds , deer and trees abound and will relax you in this charming home located at 2600' elevation .It is centrally located in Connestee so you are close to many activities and only 2 miles to the Clubhouse, golf , pickleball , fitness center and more . This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has been completely remodeled with attention to detail to make this home comfortable for you and your family. 2 queen memory foam beds with freshly laundered and sanitized linens along with 2 small pull out couches in the living room (each couch could comfortably sleep a small or young person). We also have a travel pack and play with a waterproof mattress available upon request for an extra fee. This mountain retreat offers free high-speed wi-fi/internet, wi-fi calling, clean linens and plush towels, washer/new dryer, new gas log fireplace, office area , a full dining table and more. Everything you need is on main level ( main level is up a flight of stairs from the basement) and you also have a basement garage with a storage room to safely lock up your toys, such as: bikes and kayaks. The kitchen has top of the line stainless appliances, stunning granite counter tops, a stone gas fireplace, and the quiet location. Outside you will be able to entertain on the screened front porch or the back sun deck which overlooks a very small seasonal babbling stream.

Connestee Falls does have a brand new wellness center you can work out in for $10 daily fee , clubhouse, access to 4 lakes to swim or kayak in , tennis, pickleball, bocce , 14+ miles of private hiking trails, waterfalls and so much more , Please feel free to inquire for more information or if you are going to use any of the community amenities. You will be located within a short drive to of DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Caesar’s Head State Park, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. A 10- 15 minute drive will land you in charming Downtown Brevard— filled with restaurants, shops and more. Downtown Asheville, Asheville Airport and the Biltmore Estate are within an hours drive.
