Enjoy breathtaking views of tidal wetlands, the Indian River Bridge and the bay from this amazing second floor end unit furnished condo in Bethany Bay. Bethany Bay is situated on the Indian River Bay and White Creek with water access for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboard and jet skis. The community also has a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, walking trails, 9 hole par 3 golf course (pay to play) and so much more. You will love the natural setting and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets plus enjoy the blue herons, egrets, deer and more. The condo is sun filled, bright and cheery with extra windows. You will find a large eat-in kitchen with white cabinetry and appliances, a spacious dining/living room with an electric fireplace, a great place to entertain or take a nap, a primary bedroom with a full bath and a guest bedroom with its own bath. We had a blessed Thanksgiving holiday at this condo. We loved the views and appreciated the unscented products stipulation and I am very sensitive to scents. The condo was well stocked and since we were out of town, we appreciated the towels and the linens provided. I had a question for the host and the call was immediately returned. We hope to return to this condo in the future.

The condo is nicely appointed with a fun beachy vibe. It was easy to relax with the beautiful view. They had everything we needed including towels, sheets, paper products, and soaps. The garage even had bikes and beach chairs. We loved the golf course right on the property as well as pool and tennis. The only thing I would improve on is the grill. It is perfect for 2 but if you are grilling for a family of 4 it was a little small. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Fantastic Property with Amazing View

My family has stayed at several properties in the Bethany Beach area, and this is by far our favorite! Ron and Elaine are wonderful hosts and the property has everything you need for great week. The view of the bay is wonderful and we enjoyed morning and evening visits from local deer and other wildlife. We can't wait to return!

Glorious bethany beach stay

We have stayed here many times over the years and it is always amazing—so cozy with beautiful marsh/bay views. Central to many activities and the beach. The hosts are awesome and ensure you have everything you need. The only negative thing is when we have to leave:)

A perfect getaway!

I travelled with my teenagers and this spot had everything for everybody! Golf, tennis, pool, and bikes all right at the property. And then short drives to multiple beaches and boardwalks! And the condo itself was fully stocked and impeccably clean! The owners were super fast with responses to questions! Can’t wait to stay here again!

What a great stay we had! The host were so polite and helpful. The view was beautiful and the wildlife. The house had everything we needed to have a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked. Home away from home!

Once again we had a great time! We truly feel like we are at home when we are there. The condo is well stocked with everything we need. I have now cooked both a Thanksgiving and Easter dinner there and all cooking supplies were right there. It’s great!
