Enjoy the convenience of a 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk to shops and eateries. The home features a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, an eastern exposure patio perfect for a refreshing swim or morning coffee, and tasteful decorations throughout.

This home provides a perfect blend of affordability and comfort, making it an excellent choice for your vacation. Complete with a private pool, it is an inviting retreat in a desirable area of Southeast Cape Coral. Please note the pool area has a fence and not a pool cage surrounding it, giving it a nice, airy, and open feel.

Toilet in guest bathroom would flush once then not fill the tank for over an hour. We had to fill a pan to flush again.Frying pan very dirty with crusted something. Patio door don't lock. Three deck chairs had busted seats. Wood floor boards move and leave gaps of over a quarter inch. I could kick them back in place. Garage door opener does not work. Contact person said it was manual. Not mentioned in description. Drive way was broken on both sides. Not a nice lawn. I have been renting in Cape Coral for over 10 years and this was the worst place.

Our recent stay was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a load of mildew-smelling towels left in the dryer. Despite washing them twice, the odor persisted, forcing us to leave them bagged in the garage. The washing machine itself was also problematic, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mold on the rubber components. We even cleaned the filter, but the underlying issue remains, making us hesitant to use the appliance.Cleanliness was a major concern throughout the property. We discovered dog hair on the comforters in both spare bedrooms, indicating that they hadn't been properly cleaned. Additionally, the floors didn't appear to have been swept, as evidenced by the dirt my husband collected when he swept. Furthermore, the outlets in both bathrooms were non-functional, adding to the inconvenience.Overall, our experience left us feeling defeated and disgusted. While the 715 cost may not seem substantial to some, it represents a significant amount of hard-earned money for us, and we had much higher expectations for the cleanliness and functionality of the property.I will say the management company was very willing to bring clean comforters etc in which they did. They did also bring more towels but we also went and bought some ourselves. She also stated she has filed a claim with VRBO and they she is trying to get us reimbursed for some of it.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this Vrbo property! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Please enjoy my 3/2 heated, pool home on the gulf access, Thunderbird 8- lakes area in SW Cape Coral, and my beautiful 3/2 heated pool and spa home in SE Cape Coral. both are tastefully decorated with all amenities to make your vacation a memorable one—amazing views from the SW Cape home for fishing Red Snapper or park your boat from the wrap-around deck. Take your boat for a ride to Gulf, enjoy a dip in the newly resurfaced pool, or get a good night's sleep on the comfortable mattresses and high-quality linen.



I invite you to visit and enjoy my home in Beaulieu Sur Mer, France, 15 minutes between Nice, France, and Monte Carlo, Monaco. This beautiful apartment I bought in 2015 has everything all the other apartments I have stayed in France have lacked. Amazing view without all the stairs (8 simple stairs get you to magnificent views)—no big hills. Walk 5 minutes to bars, restaurants, train station, bus line. The best mattress in France, it's exceptionally comfortable, new, and expensive. Great towels, sheets, and pillows. This is a relaxing high-end home. Please enjoy!

After visiting for a weekend, I purchased my penthouse in Medellin, Colombia, and realized this country had the friendliest people in the world! The perfect weather was the final factor that made me leave Florida and take the road less traveled, and as Frost says, "that has made all the difference." The penthouse is one of the nicest in Medellin. Fantastic views, easy hills. 10-minute walk to Parque Lleras. Quiet building, friendly neighbors, and excellent mattresses. All the best amenities.
