The kitchen is open to the living area and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. There are two barstools at the breakfast bar, and the dining area is furnished with a beautiful round farm table and seating for six. The hallway leads to the master suite, a powder room for guests, and a full size washer and dryer. The back door leads to LSV parking, an outdoor shower, outdoor seating, and sand toys! The first floor master bedroom has an ensuite bath with double vanities and a spacious tiled shower. Two guest bedrooms with king beds are located on the second floor, and there is an additional loft space suitable to be used as a fourth bedroom or an added entertainment area. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
