Very helpful and welcoming host. The condo is in great condition and supplied with basic necessities. In addition, we were able to rent a golf cart and pack-and-play that were nice to have. We also enjoyed the surrounding amenities at the Palm Cay Resort. Very quiet and friendly local community.

We had a wonderful visit to Winnie’s beautiful Palm Cay villa! Winnie was an attentive host throughout the booking process and our stay. The unit was consistent with pictures and worked very well for our travels with our adult daughters and friends. Six of us comfortably enjoyed breakfast on the side deck every day, followed by relaxing at the pool beach club- a 10 minute walk past a beautiful marina. The gated community is relatively isolated but Fred, an extremely friendly driver introduced to us by Winnie, or his colleague Peter, drove us closer to town for a few delicious dinners. Highly recommend Cafe Matisse and Latitude. Winnie thanks for a great trip!

We had a great stay at the Pool Front Villa. The villa is exactly as presented in the photos - spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished, with a well-stocked kitchen and all appliances were in good condition. We were a group of 5 friends travelling together, and the space accommodated us nicely. Our host was responsive and helpful. Palm Cay itself is quiet with a lovely beach (though short, no long walks on the sand) and a nice view of the harbour. The onsite restaurant has great food too which is important since Palm Cay itself isn’t centrally located. The host has a connection to a private driver (Fred) and he was amazing! Reliable and friendly, with so much knowledge of the island. 5 stars for Fred! There is a grocery store within 10 mins of walking but you will need a car (rental or driver) to access any restaurants off-site.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spotless, very clean, and exactly as advertised. The Palm Cay community itself is beautiful, well maintained, and felt very safe throughout our stay. One thing to note is that Palm Cay is on the east side of the island, so it’s a bit removed from the more happening areas like downtown; however, this was perfect for us since we were looking for peace and seclusion. A rental car is definitely a must. Most importantly, Winnie is an exceptional host—extremely responsive, warm, and welcoming. She greeted us personally and even surprised us with a handmade red velvet cake that was absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend this property without hesitation.

Wonderful from beginning to end. The property was clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. It was a home away from home; all we had to do was pick up a few groceries, for the times we didn't want to go out to eat. There was a pool literally right outside our front door, a gated entrance with guard, front porch with seating area, restaurant on site, private beach...the list goes on. Weve already discussed booking with our host again. Speaking of our host, she was so kind & even checked on us during inclement weather. Overall, great experience.

Our accommodations were perfect for us. We had everything we needed. The beach was nice. The Pink Octopus had good food.

If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it! We’ve stayed in plenty of vacation rentals, but this one just hits different. The condo itself feels like it was designed to melt stress right out of you. It’s spotless, airy, and has everything you need. But what really makes this place special is the host. Winnie welcomed us upon our arrival, gave us a tour if the place and shared some great tips. She is very responsive and genuinely warm. Highly recommend staying at Palm Cay.

Lovely villa and great hospitality

The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in the Bahamas. Winnie and Reto were the perfect hosts. We felt so welcome and appreciated Winnie’s guidance as to local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!
