We also understand how disruptive it is to experience a hot water outage during a stay, even when caused by unexpected maintenance or utility-related issues. Regarding the outdoor chairs, we appreciate you bringing that to our attention and will ensure they are inspected and replaced as needed to maintain both comfort and safety for future guests.
